You can see your current ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) by checking your order status.
When an item is backordered, we do our best to update you on the ETA that we receive from the manufacturer.
If an ETA changes once, we inform all affected customers. If the same product’s ETA changes a second time, we contact all affected customers for permission to keep the item on backorder. The backorder will be canceled if we are unable to reach you or if we do not receive permission to wait on a second ETA change.
When you place an order, we won't charge your credit card until the item ships. You may remain on backorder, choose a replacement, or cancel the order at any time.

Crutchfield collects state sales tax on items shipping to the state of Virginia. In other states where we don't collect sales tax, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that all appropriate state use taxes are paid.
