In the past few years, Samsung has made great strides at making their gear work together. Samsung Smart TVs communicate with Smart cameras, tablets, and smartphones. We tested out these different capabilities in the Crutchfield Labs and created videos to show how it all works. The Apps below are available for both iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) and Android-based smartphones and tablets.
The swipeIt App allows you to display photos and videos from your smartphone on your Samsung TV. Download the app on both your phone and your TV, and flick photos from your phone to your TV screen.
This technology allows you to play videos stored on select Samsung camcorders on your Samsung Smart TV using your wireless home network. Watch your kid's soccer highlights on the biggest screen in your house.
The Remote Viewfinder app allows you to control your Samsung Smart camera wirelessly. Use this app on your smartphone to take self-portraits or to remotely control a camera from across an auditorium at your child's school performance.
The Remote App allows you to use a tablet or smartphone to control your Samsung Smart TV and Samsung Smart Blu-ray player. Select inputs, change channels, adjust volume and access other networked devices using your phone or tablet.
