The Klipsch SB 3's horn-loaded design infuses this sound bar/subwoofer combo with enhanced intelligibility. Klipsch's signature full, defined midrange helps to enhance the overall clarity coming from your home theater, letting you enjoy the feeling of being fully involved with your entertainment experience.
Tara: We're here at the Klipsch booth with Darren talking about the Klipsch SB 3. So Darren, what can you tell us about it?
Darren: Well, the SB 3 is our first foray into the premium sound bar category. Just like everything that Klipsch does, it utilizes the horn-loaded technology so all the advantages and benefits that you get with horn-loading is something that you're gonna get in the sound bar as well. So really, the first sound bar on the market with horn-loaded technology.
The connectivity of it utilizes an RCA connection, an optical connection, as well as a side-located 3.5mm connection so whether it's mounted on the wall or even on a stand you can actually just go right up and plug your music, your phone, your iPad, whatever it may be right into the side there, so you can actually listen to your music with an easy connection.
Now it also utilizes a 10" down-firing subwoofer. Now this subwoofer is a true hi-fi subwoofer made of MDF, not plastic, so it's able to reach down to those lowest depths that you can actually feel. So if you're really wanting a sound bar that's gonna recreate something as close to a movie theater experience, the Klipsch SB 3 is where it's at.
Tara: Great. Thanks, Darren.
