Fans of telephoto shooting will appreciate the high-quality optics and zoom power of this 55-200mm VR Nikon lens. We share our impressions in this short video review.
Julie: Nikon's 55-200mm VR lens picks up where most kit lenses leave off. At the 55mm end, it's really good for portraits, and then you can use the zoom to get closer to the action. I think it's especially good for use outdoors, and I found it really lightweight and easy to carry when I tried it out. Vibration reduction is best for making steady hand-held shots of still subjects, and basically you get a lot of lens for the money.
