Put PANDORA® Internet Radio in your dash
Harness the power of PANDORA® on your next road trip with the Clarion CZ202 CD receiver. With the help of your iPhone® and a free app, you can play your PANDORA® stations right from your dash.
Front-panel USB for your iPod® or iPhone
Once you've plugged your player into the USB slot, you'll be able to control your iPod right from the CZ202, or by switching back to your iPod's controls so a passenger can pick the tunes — your choice. You can search by alphabet for the song you want, then watch song and artist info scroll across the screen. You'll enjoy great sound quality from the USB connection — far superior to plugging into an auxiliary input — and your player stays charged while you drive.
What's that I'm hearing?
It's amazing what your ears will get used to...like the muffled sound that comes out of many factory radios. With the Clarion CZ202 handling your tunes, you should notice a big change in sound quality. The built-in amp does a nice job of giving you greater clarity and definition at any volume level. You can take control and tweak your sound too, with a 3-band parametric equalizer that gives you precise control over the lows, mids, and highs.
Bass fans, rejoice
If you're putting together a system, the two sets of preamp outputs make it easier to connect to an amp or powered sub. Plus, you can switch the rear output to subwoofer mode so you can dial in the right bass tone for your ride. Clarion even gives you an adjustable low-pass filter so you can get the best performance out of your sub.
Want to keep your steering wheel controls?
In most vehicles, you can use use an adapter (not included) to connect your vehicle's steering wheel controls to this Clarion stereo. Connect a few wires, then program the adapter for your particular car and the CZ202, and you'll retain the convenience of your steering wheel controls. Check the "Accessories" tab for compatible adapters.
If you're going to use your iPod with this receiver, be sure to check "Details" for specific iPod model compatibility with this receiver or its optional iPod adapter.

Average Customer Review(s):
I bought this stereo to replace the stock head unit in my wife's 2001 Toyota Rav4. This was my first install so it took me about 45 mins to an hour from start to finish. Overall the install was super easy with the whirring harness adaptor I purchased with the Clarion CZ202. The sound quality is a huge improvement and being able to use her iphone5 via the mp3 jack or USB port is great as well. Haven't fired up Pangora radio on it yet but it looks pretty cool.
Pros: Sleek display, easy install, removable faceplate, mp3/usb ports, not a lot of unnecessary features when you don't want them, inexpensive
Cons: Only con I can think of is that if you don't read the directions you can get lost setting up the sound on the stereo... But that goes without saying.
Very affordable, easy to install, and it had the features i was looking for in a stereo.
Pros: easy install, sub hookups, easy to use, cheap price, lots of features
Cons: none come to mind
Pros: It's awesome.
pretty nice deck im an alpine guy but for the price i figured what the heck.
Pros: 2 pre outs is nice fairly easy to use once u figure it out
Cons: none yet
Good solid deck. No complaints. Replaced a stock head unit for this one so i could run my IPOD. Similar to Pioneers
Pros: Cheap and Solid
Overall, a good value for the price. Using the iPod through the use is a bit clunky.
Pros: Easy to install, good sound quality, relatively easy to use without looking at the manual
Cons: When using the iPod through the USB, there is no pause button and searching through the iPod's playlist is clunky. I don't like that when you have the screen saver on, you don't see any info, like time. It scrolls through all of the radio's features, which gets old after 2 minutes
It worked the first time and I am still learning how to use it.
DOES NOT play mixed CD's. There will be a gap between every song. Called company and they said that is the way the radio is designed.
Cons: Does not play mixed CD's
So overall this is a good unit. I could not believe the sounds difference between my ghetto Kenwood deck and this deck. My huge issue with this deck is that the firmware is not very impressive, folder navigation is terrible (my folders are artist then album), if the folder has no songs in it then it is ignored. The face that there is a gap between tracks when playing an mp3 cd is just brutal, any CDs with some nice flow are just destroyed. Overall if you are buying this deck and using it for CD playing, find another deck. If you are using it for USB and navigation is not important to you (or your not as anal as me) or if you are using the aux input, go for it.
Pros: Great sound quality Nice bass control Looks real nice! Usb feature is cool
Cons: Terribly navigation Pause between mp3 tracks

The Clarion CD receiver provides 4 preset EQ curves (Bass Boost, Impact, Excite, Off) and 1 custom EQ curve. Bass Boost emphasizes the bass portion of your music; Impact emphasizes the bass & treble portions of your music; Excite emphasizes bass, midrange & treble portions of your music; while Flat sets the bass, midrange, & treble to 0. This circuit boosts bass at an ultra-low frequency of about 50Hz, creating a rich, deep, defined bass rather than the muddy, booming bass of a standard loudness control. What is more, boost levels are dependent on the system volume, resulting in balanced system response and dynamic bass reproduction.
