Not pushing this sub near its max, but it sounds great. This is probably the best budget minded sub I have ever purchased.

Added the missing bass to my factory radio!

This Blaupunkt GT Power 1200w 12" woofer in the sealed Sound Ordnance Bass Bunker cabinet plays the lowest octave of music my Subaru factory speakers can't reach. I simply spliced into the back door speaker wire for the signal to a 200W sub amp and now I can FEEL the music, too. Before taking it out to my car, I gave the woofer a good break-in using low-frequency, middle-power sine waves to gently stretch and "loosen up" the rubber surround and spider. This compact, one cubic foot subwoofer system plays loudly down to 35 Hz, and gives my stock stereo the full range sound I like.

Pros: Low price Blue cone looks and sounds good Plenty of bass from small box, if you have enough power

Cons: Needs more power than a big, ported sub Plastic grill might not provide full protection from objects

Great sound for the price

I got these speakers mainly for the price. I needed to replace a set. I didn't want them for car installation, but need subs for home theater. I had some old boxes that had rotten paper speakers. I figured this would do until I could afford to get a set of real subs for home theater systems. At first I thought I had wasted money because it seems that the amp wasn't powerful enough to push them. (75 per channel). But it wasn't the case, once inside the cabinet I could hear a big difference from the other set that I had before. These speakers have my wall shaking with bass at low volumes. I've been thinking about getting another to put in my car. I know these speakers weren't made for home use, but they saved me from spending more for home subs. Also I like that I was able to use the original speaker grill without having to do modifications.

Pros: Price Sound Placement for my usage

Great Sub

Very nice sub. I put this 12" in just under 1 cu ft sealed with light stuffing. It is amazing. That is a very small box for a 12" and it goes down to 35hz. Very good output and quite smooth.

Pros: Small Enclosure, Spring Terminals, Grill Included.

Cons: Grill is plastic. Needs quite a bit of power, like 200 watts (could be a bit more efficient).
