Many award-winning sound-off competitors put their mid-woofers and tweeters in custom-built kick panel enclosures to get concert-quality stereo imaging. But why pay hundreds of dollars to an installer when you can do it yourself? Just mount your 6-1/2" component system in Q-Logic's Q-Forms kick panel enclosures, and your car speakers will deliver competition-quality imaging without the expensive price tag.
Q-Forms enclosures hold your speakers in an ideal position, angling them to maximize sound quality. Since the Q-Forms are located near your feet, the distance from your ears to each speaker becomes closer to equal, creating a superior soundstage. The driver's seat becomes the "sweet spot" for great stereo sound. Warranty: 1 year.
Note: The Q-Forms do not come with pre-cut holes, so you must cut holes in order to install your component speakers in the enclosures. Installing the Q-Forms panel enclosures in your vehicle may require relocation of the parking brake pedal or other vehicle parts. Please enter your vehicle information or call an Advisor at 1-888-955-6000 to find out if this model is compatible with your vehicle.
Installation note for 1995-00 Chevrolet/GMC SUVs and pickups: To install, bend parking brake pedal about 1-1/2" away from kick panel.

Average Customer Review(s):
Pros: They are more sturdy than the original
Fitment is good, color matching is pretty good, could use a little trimming around the hood release lever as it gets hung up a bit. I am curently waiting on 5.25" speakers as the 6.5" infity kappa 60.11cs components would have fit, but at the cost of having no speaker grill installed. due to being in the kick panel location and having friends who are careless about where they put their feet, speaker grills are a must!
Pros: Good fit, color match is good, sturdy construction.
Cons: hood release lever opening is a bit small, 2 minutes with a file or dremel will fix the problem
Product Overview: Q-Logic C-Series Q-Form custom kick panels are designed to hold a 2-way component speaker system consisting of a woofer up to 6-1/2" and a tweeter (up to 2" diameter). They are fabricated of durable ABS plastic, color matched to the factory interior colors, and directly replace the factory kick panels. The positioning and angle of the speakers provide optimum stereo imaging and staging.
No Grilles: Because no grilles are included with the Q-Forms, you must use the grilles supplied with the component system. Note: One of the included installation guides states that 2 Q-grilles are included. That is not the case for the C-series Q-Forms.
Compatibility: These Q-Forms are designed to fit select 1995-2000 GM Full-size trucks. They match the factory Black interior trim. The kick panels are also available in Dark Red, Medium Beige, Dark Blue, Medium Gray, and Medium Neutral. Note: For each specific vehicle, please verify compatibility with the "What Fits My Car?" vehicle selector.
Installation Overview: You will need to cut out the mounting holes in the designated areas of the plastic Q-Form. A roll of foam tape is provided for sealing the woofer in the kick panel. The tweeter can be flush or surface mounted. Giving exact mounting depths is not possible, since it will depend to some extent on the space available behind the factory kick panel.
Required Vehicle Modifications: Because of the proximity of the parking brake pedal to the driver's side kick panel, you must modify the parking brake pedal. Using two crescent wrenches, you must carefully bend the parking brake pedal arm so that the pedal pad is relocated approximately 1-1/2" to the right.

Yes they have a spot for a 6.5 inch woofer and also a spot for a tweeter flush mounted or raised thiugh flush mount looks best. [ Thomas Aug 07, 2016 ]
No. You'll just want to select speakers with a shallow enough mounting depth (4" or less) for the Kick Panel Pods and that come with their own grill covers. I hope that helps! My Bio: http://www.crutchfield.com/Support/Bio.aspx?bio=5 [ Ryan Apr 25, 2016 ] Staff
