The full-range Sanus Classic MMF12b mount gives you plenty of options for positioning your TV. It can hold it close to the wall, or extend it outward up to 12". You can swivel the TV left or right up to 45°, and tilt it up or down as far as 15° for optimal viewing. The mount's brackets can easily be shifted to the right or left, in case the wall studs are a little off-center. This is a very nice wall mount for tvs.
I now have four different Sanus mounts that hold a 32" (older) Samsung, a 40" (very old Sony), a new Sony 49", and a new whopping Sony 75". These mounts are terrific. A straightforward installation with all the hardware you'll ever need for whatever your situation is, including curved backed TVs. The materials and quality are first rate. No scrimping on the gauge of the metal used and the powder coat makes them look great. That old Sony is incredibly heavy, even heavier than the new 75" but the mount handled it just fine. I have no trouble trusting any TV to Sanus mounts. Just be aware that all mounts don't have the same amount of adjustability. Non-tilting mounts obviously don't give you much in the way of tilt adjustment. That's not a knock on the mount. Just make sure you order the right one for your needs.
Pros: Quality materials and finish. Excellent and flexible design. Complete hardware for all applications. Well packaged with good instructions.
Cons: None at all.
A basic mounting bracket, but limited adjustment capability. You have one shot to get it straight, measure very carefully. Doesn't feel super secure once the tv was mounted (43" LG) . Have 2 other mounting brackets and would look for something different next time....I'd spend more money to get something better. Also was shorted a screw, they provide all sorts of sizes and lengths, of course the one I needed only came with 3, not the 4 needed.
Pros: compact easy to assemble/install Single stud
Cons: doesn't feel very sturdy very limited ability to level or center tv once up
This is a great product. I have a 10 year old Sony TV with an unusual VESA arrangement (400 x 300). Most TV mounts are a square back bracket for TV's 400x400 0r 200x200. Those other brackets won't work with my TV (as I painfully found out). This Sanus model allows you to construct vertical rails on the TV then mount them to horizontal struts separately; so a non-square VESA arrangement is no problem. (The Sanus web site even has a model finder for your individual TV's model number).
Pros: Fits TV's with rectangular VESA screw arrangement.
It is ok. Not as solid as my last one. But it works.
InstallInc sub'd installation to a local TV Sales & Service, Inc in Syracuse, NY to complete our service of TV/sound bar in living room corner elevated mount using the Sanus Classic MMF12b with owner-provided small hutch below for resting Apple TV and Cable TV's DVR. While the installation appeared competent during initial visit, during the follow-up visit to provide further basic orientation to the TV/sound bar and Apple TV setup, we needed an adjustment. When sitting on couch, remote was unable to obtain a line-of-sight with the base of SONY TV with projected Klipsch sound bar obstructing sight. So, installers separated the bottom of the SONY TV attached to the MMF12b from the top of the Klipsch sound bar attached to the Sanus SA405 Sound Bar Speaker Mount to remedy line of sight issue. The Sanus MMF12b worked compatibly with the SA405 extension mount by separation of Sony TV from the Sound bar to resolve the basic operational issues such as how-to switch from Cable TV mode to Apple TV mode.
Pros: Sanus main frame support structure is very sturdy Sanus main support has compatible sound bar extension Sanus equipment work flexibly to resolve VERTICAL line of sight issue(s) such as being able to use remote to change from Apple TV to Cable TV operational modes
Cons: Given the given corner space where TV/sound bar was desired by owner, it has limited adjustment capabilty, according to installer, to allow different HORIZONTAL line of sight issue(s), such as being to viewed from one side of the room by moving face of TV/sound bar to a more perpendicular view
This was my first time purchasing a wall mount. I wanted something that was flexible and cost efficient. I am currently using the mount for my 40' Samsung Smart TV. The TV doesn't have a flat back so thankfully Samsung did provide 4 small objects (I don't know the correct name) but the spacers that came with the mount wouldn't have worked due to the fact that the screws were not long enough. The spacers are not necessary. However, they are useful if you don't want to see the mount sticking up from the front view of the TV. My walls are concrete so I had to drill two holes in the wall. All in all, everything was easy to assemble and I overly love my mount.
Pros: Mount is exactly as described
good price and good quality
Pros: easy install
This product assembled and installed easily. It works exactly like I expected. I would purchase this product again.
Pros: Easy assembly and mounting. All necessary parts and bolts are included.
Cons: No vertical adjustment once it is installed.
Very easy to hang and works great. Good product.

I need a TV that pivots side to side for my 32" wide Samsung TV in the bedroom. [ Ronald Mar 20, 2017 ]
It is just the right size, mounting configuration, and capacity for my application. I liked the fact that Crutchfield carries a good selection of mounts, which makes it easy to choose just what is needed. In some of the 'Big Box' stores, the choice is limed to either very small or mega capacity mounts. [ Thomas Mar 13, 2017 ]
