Eclipse MEI100 Microphone
Our take on the Eclipse MEI100 Microphone by Crutchfield's Zak Billmeier
This MEI100 microphone connects to select Eclipse in-dash receivers with Auto EQ, allowing you to measure your vehicle's acoustics and create the optimum EQ settings. Just set up the microphone at ear level in your car, and connect it to the left channel of the receiver's auxiliary input.
In Auto EQ mode, the receiver sends "pink noise" through the vehicle's speaker system, then adjusts the built-in parametric equalizer to create the desired EQ curve. This mic works with the CD7200 Mk II and CD5030 receivers. Warranty: 30 days.

During Auto EQ mode, the connected Eclipse headunit sends "pink noise" through your vehicle's speaker system, then adjusts the built-in parametric equalizer to create the desired EQ curve. This Eclipse MEI-100 microphone is compatible with the Eclipse CD7200 Mk II and CD5030 receivers.
