Complete wiring harness does not directly fit any of my equipment, but iPod end separates and has a standard USB connector on opposite end. Closeout price made this an exceptional value. Expect 30 pin connectors to become less available and more costly as shift to Lightning preference continues. Hope to use this to keep older 30 pin iPods connected to newer head units with USB plugs. Ordered additional to keep as spares in event of one becomes lost or damaged. [ C Nov 11, 2016 ]

No problem Bud. You can check out the link below for the Z150. Take a look at the third picture which shows the back of the unit as well. For the item to work the receiver must have the square proprietary connector which you will see on the left of the picture next to the green connector. There are other pictures to help identify the unit as well. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_130AVIC150/Pioneer-AVIC-Z150BH.html [ Kenny Feb 11, 2017 ] Staff
Thanks for your question. If you are speaking of the Pioneer AVIC-Z150BH, then yes it is compatible. Hope this helps. [ Kenny Feb 11, 2017 ] Staff
Brian! Connector has unified pinout, if Your unit support USB bus it should work. I Have z120, 140 and x910 in my cars. All unit works with that cable. We are using USB flash drivers without any problem. Readout speed can vary depending of chips speed. [ Gregory Jan 02, 2017 ]
If you want to use the app functionality you do have to buy the cable. I did this with an iPhone 4s and it is worth it for the added capability. [ BRIAN May 21, 2014 ]
No it will not. Even if you use the apple approved 30 pin to lightning adapter, all you can do is charge your phone and use it in Bluetooth. I tried that one myself when I went from a 4S to a 5S. Yes it kind of sucks to have to buy another lightning cable and digital video adapter and an hdmi cable, but in the long run you'll be happy you did it. Cost me 30 bucks for the adapter, 6 bucks for the lightning cable, and 3 bucks for an hdmi cable. I talked to a pioneer rep and he informed me that the apps are run through the phone and the video out is what displays the apps on the radio. Audio is strictly Bluetooth. Save yourself some dough and don't buy the pioneer kit, just plug the lightning cable in to your USB port on the radio. [ CHRIS May 21, 2014 ]
This will work with your iPhone 5s. You just have to get the 30 pin to lightning conversion cable. I have a iPhone 5s and that is what I did and it works. [ FREDERICK May 21, 2014 ]
It works with a lightning connector...U should be fine... [ Eric May 21, 2014 ]
No, the 5s requires the USB adapter. This is only for 4 and 4s, or iPods. [ JEREMIAH May 21, 2014 ]
