Well built subwoofer that works in tight spaces
Very nice overall subwoofer, as long as you provide a proper enclosure. Yes, it works in the smaller size box, but you will be doing this thing injustice by not stuffing it into 0.7 0cub.ft sealed enclosure. Want it louder - port it, calls for the same 0.7 cub.ft. I refuse to give up the trunk space, so after a long search, I opted for this unit, no regrets at all. The only other shallow subwoofer in this price range I would consider (looks a little better on paper) is Dayton Audio LS10-44.
Pros: Very shallow mount, very efficient, easy to build enclosure w/o sacrificing much space.
Cons: Could be a little better from 20-35hz... Should really be $100-$120 for what it is.
