The only thing worse than the performance of Scoche cables is their poor customer service. the cable failed within the first couple weeks. Tried to return it under the terms of the lifetime warranty but was sent a sub-grade cable that was shorter than the one I purchased. No explanation was given. Emails were not returned. I finally was able to contact someone by phone but the company policy was to put the consumer through a bunch of hoops to return the product before sending a new one and the customer is responsible for tracking. All this while for months now my Autistic daughter is waiting for the cable she purchased and researched with her own money. Buyer beware.
