Q & A

Customer Q&A

Crutchfield asked
Why did you buy this?

I was happy to find out that I could add SiriusXM to my older vehicle while still using the steering wheel controls by plugging in a Bavsound Soundplicity Control III mediabridge. You need this Audiovox AACCSATCBL adapter cable to use the Soundplicity with a SiriusXM SXV300V1 Tuner. [ SHIBU  May 02, 2017 ]
I have a Clarion CMS1 head unit which takes the SC-C1 tuner. This has been discontinued. SiriusXM support told me that the SXV300 would work with my radio. It did not and I now require this cable to get it working. [ Jason  Sep 05, 2016 ]
Required to connect the mediabridge to the Sirius receiver. [ Duncan  Jun 21, 2016 ]
to allow me to add Sirius/XM functionality to my stock radio [ Keith  Mar 02, 2016 ]
Got a project dealing with a SC1 that this cable will be helpful with. [ KEITH  Jan 18, 2016 ]

Unfortunately, the SXV300 tuner is not backwards compatible with the older "P-Bus" Pioneer stereos. The Pioneer GEX-P920XM tuner package has since been discontinued and is no longer available: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130P920XM/Pioneer-GEX-P920XM.html?tp=87 I'm sorry I don't have better news for you there.
