This set's built-in Wi-Fi® makes it easy to seamlessly connect to your wireless network.

Web functions are powered by Samsung's quad core processor, which provides fluid browsing and content streaming, and rapid switching between apps. There's also a really cool screen mirroring feature that turns your compatible smartphone, tablet or computer into a second TV screen. Whatever is playing on the UN55H6350's screen is streamed via Wi-Fi to your mobile device as well. So now you can watch your favorite movies, sports, and shows all around the house, and you'll never miss a moment.

Love the TV. It is amazing how many details you were missing with an old smaller tube tv. Having WiFi built in the best. No extra boxes cords and clutter. The TV starts up quickly and WiFi is fast. Having 4 HDMI inputs and 3 USB should keep this TV current for a while.

Pros: Great picture, lightweight, lots of HDMI and USB connections

Cons: The remote control is nothing special. Pretty unresponsive. A keyboard on it would be nice.

Almost Perfect

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Met every expectation: easy setup; fine picture; even sound much better than other reviewers have expressed. But web browser performance sluggish and unpredictable. May be my network, but response is slow and TV occasionally locks up. Have to exit browser entirely to get anything more done.

Pros: Fine picture, decent sound quality, abundant inputs/outputs.

Cons: Questionable web browser performance; obscure menus/navigation.

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Purchased online from Crutchfield in early December of 2014. Received the Monday before Christmas and when taken out of the box realized that the TV was damaged. Contacted Crutchfield and they stated they would send another TV after they received some more as they were out of stock when I called them and informed them about the damaged TV. After receiving more TV's, Crutchfield then shipped and I received a replacement TV in excellent and brand new condition. I then put TV on my wall after hooking up a JBL SB 350 soundbar and wow am I impressed!! Picture is amazing! Thank you Crutchfield as they made me a believer! TV was a Christmas gift to myself and when TV was received damaged I was very upset. After speaking with Crutchfield regarding returning the TV and then again with the shipping of the new TV they were professional, gave great customer service and did a great job with answering all of my questions. I even called and spoke with Crutchfield's tech support as I was having problems getting my woofer to sink via my bluetooth with my new TV and soundbar. I will definitely purchase from Crutchfield and continue referring them to others!!

Pros: Excellent picture!! Great price.. Haven't explored many smart apps yet besides Pandora. Like the screen mirroring app from my samsung s5 cell phone. Also like the ability to control my cable box and DVD thru my samsung controller. TV is also very light weight. With sound bar TV sounds great!!

Cons: Had to configure screws and washers to get TV mounted on wall which was sort of a pain.

excellent - glad I bought this

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Love the image on this tv. Perfect size for our great room. Very easy to hook up. The sound needed tweaking, since it sounds pretty flat with the factory settings. The default picture settings are very good, but some might like to make adjustments to the advanced settings (dynamic contrast, black depth, motion). Remote is pretty easy to use. The only minor negative things are the stand design isn't sturdy looking and the adhesive for the cable organizer doesn't hold to the stand.

Great Smart TV at a Great Price

Greg from New York on 1/2/2015

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This is a great TV. The picture quality is outstanding, especially if you don't want to upgrade to a new 4K TV and you are cost conscious. A large number of features and inputs. The Smart features are a real plus to this TV.

Pros: Great picture. Great Black Friday price. The Smart features make this a versatile TV. Easy set up.

Cons: The inputs are not easily accessible if you mount it to the wall with a flush mount. I strongly suggest that you buy a wall mount that can be pulled out away from the wall. Also, very limited print material for set up and owner's manual.

Nice purchase!

Johann from Suamico, WI on 12/22/2014

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The Samsung H6350 is well above average. This TV was purchased to replace a smaller one in the kid's video game room. The set has a very nice look and quality picture; however I prefer a higher-end Samsung for primary viewing areas such as a theater or living room. That being said, this model has more than enough in the way of performance and feature set. It doesn't have 3D, but we seldom use that feature any more anyway... This was a steal at the Black Friday price and definitely worth it. I would buy this TV again for the picture quality and Smart TV features.

Pros: Nice picture Lots of Smart features incl Wifi Attractive bezel and stand Good sale price

Cons: Refresh rate is only 120 Hz Edge lit LED Not 3D or 4k

The picture is superb and the sound is very good. I love controlling the cable set top box with the TV remote. It makes it easy to select on screen the other components I may want to watch. Connecting the DVD, VCR and Roku was a snap. I used the optical cable to go to the surround system. Done!

Pros: Easy set up

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I could give a 5 star, because I like the size, picture, sound, everything about the TV, but I haven't begun to install the internet, or blueray yet, and not sure if I will have problems. I have it attached to the wall, and it looks wonderful. I could not do myself, but luckily my son-in-law was familiar enough to do it. He bought the same one for my daughter, but they have sitting on a stand. I do love it on the wall, though.

Pros: I was able to get the Black Friday price. It is now back up to its original price.

Great tv

Dustin from Wyoming on 5/19/2014

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Great tv, great picture, very easy to set up and link network. TV does have a glare as others have stated, but not bothersome enough to take away a star. Spent less time in picture settings than any other LCD/LED tv i've owned, few tweeks from factory and very happy. Sound could be louder, but have a Samsung home theater hooked up to it. Love how it pairs the remote with everything, literally only one remote needed! Gaming on it is incredible with vibrant color and details, as is bluray's. Would recommend to everyone interested, did lots of homework and comparing before deciding on this set, very happy!

Pros: Remote pairing, colors, easy set up

Cons: Bit of a glare, low sound

This is a great TV EXCEPT for the sound, as is with most big screen TV's. Very tinny sound. Difficult to adjust. I guess the manufacturers wanted to create a new market hence the invention of sound bars. I listen to the TV through my sound system and it is terrific. I would recommend this TV.

Pros: Smart TV, picture, price

Cons: Sound

LED Edge-Lighting: Samsung's LED Edge-Lighting technology allows for a high dynamic contrast ratio and ultra-sharp blacks by allowing multiple LEDs to turn on an off automatically based on the image. LED Edge-Lighting also provides more natural color representation and deep reds and greens, because Samsung uses white LEDs that produce 105% of the broadcast color gamut. The television's white LEDs are arranged along the left and right edges of the screen and a proprietary light guide is used to focus its luminance inwards towards the middle of the screen for a more uniform brightness. Overall, this LED Backlight system produces contrast with stronger blacks and whites, and greater subtlety of every gradation in between.

Clear Motion Rate 240: Clear Motion Rate (CMR) is Samsung's more comprehensive and accurate measure for how well the LED-LCD TV can display fast-moving images. Previously, motion clarity was expressed simply by the refresh rate, measured in Hz. CMR, however, takes into account all three factors that contribute to motion clarity: panel refresh rate, image processor speed and backlight technology. CMR is measured by determining the thinnest line a TV can display in a moving image. The thinner the line, the higher the CMR rating, and the clearer the picture you'll enjoy on the screen.

  • Panel Refresh Rate (Hz): Samsung's screen refresh rate (120Hz) significantly improves motion detail and resolution by sampling the image more frequently, leading to smoother, more fluid movement.
  • Image Processor (Auto Motion Plus): Samsung's proprietary Auto Motion Plus image processing technology is faster and more responsive than conventional image processors, as it interpolates intermediate frames to smooth out the image.
  • LED Backlight Technology: Samsung's Edge-Lighting Backlight technology regulates output precisely in synchronization with the screen refresh to lessen the time it is lit, reducing ghosting and motion blur.

Auto Motion Plus: Auto Motion Plus removes blur and judder from scenes with large amounts of rapid movement to provide a clearer picture. Auto Motion Plus  reduces blur so that action movies, sports and video games have enhanced clarity. Advanced panels and unique backlight technology combine with proprietary algorithms to reduce the response time and yield a more accurate image reproduction with faster onscreen motion. Auto Motion Plus can be set to Clear, Standard, Smooth, Custom, or Off.

Wide Color Enhancer Plus + Motion Lighting: With Wide Color Enhancer Plus, you'll witness a wider spectrum of colors on the TV screen, just like the director intended. You'll enjoy enriched colors while watching your favorite movies, and shows, even if it's older, non-HD content. The TV automatically adjust the brightness of the screen in response to the brightness of the room. In bright light, the screen brightens. In dim light, the screen dims.

1080p Resolution: The LED-LCD television displays all inputs at a resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080). The television's HDMI and component video inputs will accept 1080p (24/60Hz), 1080i, 720p, 480p and 480i video signals.

  • HDMI (v.1.4): The Samsung H6350 series LED-LCD TV features four HDMI 1.4 inputs. In addition, any HDMI input can be used to connect a PC to this TV.
  • Component Video: The Samsung H6350 series LED-LCD TV features a single component video input. The TV's component video input can also be used as a composite video input (480i only).
Note: The TV has built-in over-the-air HDTV (ATSC) and Digital Cable (QAM) tuners with an RF-coaxial input, so you don't need a separate set-top box to receive and decode over-the-air HDTV/SDTV or unencrypted Digital Cable signals.

Picture Control: You can make the following adjustments for an optimum picture.

  • Picture Sizes: You can choose one of the following screen sizes.
    • 16:9: Sets the picture to 16:9 wide mode.
    • Zoom 1: Vertically enlarges the size of the picture and allows you to move the enlarged picture using the arrows on the remote.
    • Zoom 2: Vertically enlarges the size of the picture more than Zoom 1 and allows you to move the enlarged picture using the arrows on the remote.
    • Wide Fit: Proportionally enlarges the picture to fit the entire screen without changing the aspect ratio.
    • 4:3: Sets the picture to 4:3 normal mode with pillars on the left and right of the screen.
    • Screen Fit: See the full image with no resizing when HDMI (720p/1080i/180p) or Component (1080i/1080p) signals are inputted.
    • Smart View 1/2: Reduces the 16:9 picture by 50% (1) or 25% (2).
  • Picture Modes: Picture Modes apply preset adjustments to the picture.
    • Dynamic: increases the brightness of the screen (suitable for bright rooms)
    • Standard: suitable for a normal environment
    • Natural: useful for reducing eye strain
    • Movie: darkens the screen and reduces glare (appropriate for dark rooms)

    • MPEG Noise Filter: reduces MPEG noise to provide an improved picture
    • HDMI Black Level: select the black level on the screen to adjust the screen depth when you have a component connected via HDMI to the television

You can switch the audio between the main screen and sub-screen.

Audio Features

DTS Premium Sound: The Samsung LED-LCD TV employs DTS Studio Sound processing with DTS TruSurround and DTS TruDialog which will decode DTS-encoded content, such as TV programming, Blu-ray movies, and streaming media, as well as processes stereo content to deliver an optimized virtual surround sound experience with enhanced bass response, clear dialog, and consistent volume levels through the TV speakers.

  • DTS TruSurround: DTS TruSurround is a patented DTS technology that solves the problem of playing 5.1 multichannel content over two speakers. DTS TruSurround delivers a compelling, virtual surround sound experience through any two-speaker playback system, including the internal television speakers. It is fully compatible with all multichannel formats.
  • DTS TruDialog: This function allows you to increase the intensity of a voice over background music or sound effects so that dialogue  can be heard more clearly.
Note: The speakers of this TV provide different sound images according to how you position the television. You can select between "Wall-Mount" or "Stand" to provide the best sound quality based on the television's placement.

5-Band EQ + Sound Modes: You can manually adjusts the TV's built-in 5-band EQ (100 Hz, 300 Hz, 1 kHz, 3 kHz, and 10 kHz) for a more customized sound; or simply choose from the following Preset Sound Modes:

  • Standard: Selects the normal sound mode.
  • Music: Emphasizes music over voices.
  • Movie: Provides the best sound for movies.
  • Clear Voice: Emphasizes voices over other sounds.
  • Amplify: Amplify mode is for people who have difficulty hearing.

Audio Settings: The Samsung TV offers a variety of audio adjustments to meet your listening needs.

  • Auto Volume: Auto Volume automatically adjusts the volume of the desired channel, lowering the sound output when the modulation signal is high or raising the sound output when the modulation signal is low. This reduces the difference in volume when changing channels. The Auto Volume feature can be set to Normal, Night or Off.
  • Audio Delay: The Audio Delay function corrects audio/video mismatch, when watching TV or video, and listening to a digital audio output using an external device such as an AV receiver. You can adjust the audio delay from 0ms to 250 ms.
  • Picture Off: You can turn the television's screen off and still listen to audio.

Audio Outputs: The Samsung LED-LCD television provides an analog and digital audio output.

  • Digital Audio (w/ DTS Neo 2:5): The optical digital output terminal will output Dolby Digital/DTS (when available) or 2 channel PCM. The digital optical output terminal only sends an audio signal in Dolby Digital/DTS when receiving Dolby Digital/DTS surround sound from a digital broadcast channel through the tuner, network apps, and USB ports on the LED-LCD TV. The optical digital audio output will only output in 2ch stereo or a matrixed 5.1ch signal (DTS Neo 2:5) from sources connected to the TV via HDMI or RCA.
  • Analog Audio: The television features a 3.5mm (minijack) audio output for connecting the television to an analog 2-channel receiver. You will need a minijack-to-RCA adapter (sold separately) to make a stereo RCA connection between the television and your soundbar speaker or AV receiver. The TV's analog audio output terminals will output 2ch audio from any of the television's source inputs.

ARC (Audio Return Channel): The Audio Return Channel in HDMI 1.4 enables a TV, via a single HDMI cable, to send audio data "upstream" to an A/V receiver; increasing user flexibility and eliminating the need for any separate S/PDIF audio connection. This feature allows audio to be sent from the television to your A/V receiver through the same HDMI cable already being used to send audio/video to the television. This eliminates the need for extra cables connected to the TV. ARC allows audio from the TV tuner, Network connection, inserted USB device, HDMI inputs, or any analog connected device to be heard through your ARC compatible AV receiver via the television's HDMI ARC input. The audio from the TV's tuner, network connection, and USB port can pass as Dolby Digital or 2ch PCM. HDMI and analog connected devices will be output as 2ch PCM only.

Note: Both the television and the receiver must support ARC for this function to work properly. When connecting an A/V receiver that is compatible with Audio Return Channel (ARC), connect it to the TV's HDMI 2 input. If connecting a system that is incompatible Audio Return Channel (ARC), an additional audio connection via Digital Audio Out (Optical) is necessary.

"They don't make 60Hz anymore.... and 60Hz refers to the line voltage..." nonsense answers to your question. But a good laugh I must say! [ P.W. Hermano  Jan 20, 2015 ]
The other site is wrong, the 3650 is 120 hertz, really splendid picture [ Richard  Nov 25, 2014 ]
The model I purchased is 120 ghz and the picture is fantastic - the TV is very easy to use and was a breeze to set up. There may be a lower end model that is only 60 ghz, So pay special attention to the product/model number to make sure you are getting accurate information. That should be easy to verify online. [ MICHAEL  Nov 25, 2014 ]
I wondered the same thing after I bought it because all i ever saw displayed on the tv was 60hz. That's all I know... [ bill  Nov 25, 2014 ]
Hi kevin. It's 120 hz. Great TV. [ Alex  Nov 25, 2014 ]
It's 120Hz. Only 120Hz and 240Hz exist in today's tv's refresh rate. 60Hz refers to the line voltage (120 volts) rate, which is irrelevant to refresh rate. [ ROBERT  Nov 25, 2014 ]
It's 120 for sure.... [ ROGER  Nov 25, 2014 ]
I forwarded your question to an Advisor and they responded with the following: This TV (and all others) will only output 5.1 surround sound when using certain sources going in to the TV. The optical digital output terminal will output Dolby Digital/DTS (when available) or 2 channel PCM. If you would like to discuss further you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. [ Krissy  Aug 11, 2014 ]  Staff
We have not received any answers from other customers on your question. I would recommend reaching out to an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They should be able to help answer your question. [ Krissy  Aug 06, 2014 ]  Staff
This screen has a matte finish. When the TV is off, you may see certain reflections coming from your room interior, but they are very dull, lack of much light and for the most part seem to be absorbed by the matte finish. With the TV on, the picture is very vivid, almost border to border and I've never discerned any glare or reflection. [ WILLIAM  May 08, 2014 ]
I have it in a well lit room (lot of sunlight) and it is working well. That was one of the things that I was looking for too. There is a bit of a glare from the tracking lights in our living room but I think that has to do with how our lights are set up now. We just got the tv so I need to figure out the best position for the lighting in the room. [ Andrew  May 03, 2014 ]
With or without lights we have no problem with glare. The only issue we have is with the sound. We have the tv mounted on the wall. The sound is tinny. When I use my surround sound receiver and speakers the sound is great. From what I understand all these tvs have sound issues ..... Hence the invention of soundbars. If I didn't have My surround sound system I would get a soundbar. Other than the sound, I am very happy with this TV. Hope I helped. [ Richard  May 03, 2014 ]
