Note: When using the KCA-121B, a CD changer cannot be connected to the stereo; the KCA-801B auxiliary input adapter allows you to connect an auxiliary source and an Ai-NET changer to the stereo. The KCA-410C Versatile-Link™ Terminal allows you to feed audio from up to two auxiliary sources and two Ai-NET CD changers to the stereo.

Yes, the KCA-121B allows you to adapt the CD changer input of AI-Net controlling Alpine head units (including the CDA-9855) to an RCA (aux) input. Hope that helps! [ Larry  Apr 20, 2017 ]  Staff
For additional details on fit or installation please contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They will be able to pull up your system information and give you the details on if this will work and anything else you may need for an installation in your vehicle. [ Kenny  Jun 10, 2016 ]  Staff
As long as the unit has a s-video connection on the rear and an input option for video in the menu then it should work. [ ERNESTO  Feb 12, 2016 ]
If your receiver is AI-NET compatible (which I believe the CDA-7832 is) then the KCA-121B will be compatible with your receiver. It will connect to the Ai-NET port on the rear of the receiver. The Ai-NET port is where you would typically connect an Alpine CD changer. Keep in mind that the KCA-121B is only for passing an aux. signal to the receiver. It will not allow you to control the aux. device from the receiver. Hope this helps you out [ Gurmel  Feb 09, 2016 ]
I'm using this, on my boat, with a iDA-100M marine head unit. It should work if your head unit has a cd changer input using the Ai-net port. Works great, I feed my auxiliary satellite receiver into it for Sirius radio underway. I have no need for CD's as I use an iPod touch to store music. Good luck! Mike [ Michael  Feb 09, 2016 ]
It should fit with out a problem. [ jose  Feb 09, 2016 ]
Not sure if this will help, but it worked with my CDA-7998 purchased in 2002. [ Kevin  Jan 14, 2016 ]
Yes Patrick the Alpine KCA-121B Auxiliary Input Adapter will work with your Alpine CDA 5755.. [ Josh  Jan 13, 2016 ]
You will want to contact an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat to discuss compatibility with your system. They will be able to research your receiver and see if this will integrate. If it does not, then they will also be able to discuss other options with you. [ Kenny  Jan 07, 2016 ]  Staff
Ya, I did the the same thing with mine. All you need in addition to this is an aux cord with the two male ends and then you can run your portable xm radio. [ DANE C  Nov 24, 2015 ]
Yes as long as your Sirius radio has head phone jack out put or RCA out put. I bought it to play music from my cell phone. So I also purchased a 6 foot RCA to head phone jack to extend the cable . the alpine adaptor is very short. In all works well I don't know why I waited so long to buy it. I hope this helps. [ JOEY  Nov 24, 2015 ]
For the most part, yes. You will connect this in the place of the ai-net cable for the CD changer and switch the auxiliary input to "on". [ Al  Nov 24, 2015 ]

Yes it works on my 9886 just fine. I use it for an auxiliary input for my android phone. Once connected all you have to do is change the input via the head unit. [ ROBERT  Sep 04, 2014 ]
I bought mine for the same deck... [ SARAH E  Sep 04, 2014 ]
