Our take on the Alpine SPS-110TW
Highlight the highs
Alpine is known for quality sound and that reputation carries straight into their SPS-110TW tweeters. If your vehicle's speaker system sounds dull and unfocused, you'll be impressed by the excitement and detail these Type-S 1" tweeters will add to your music. And, if you like to turn it up loud, these silk domes will handle up to 100 watts RMS so they'll fit right into a high-performance system.
It's all in the details
These tweeters deliver rich high-frequency performance without ever turning shrill. An EQ ring in front of each tweeter helps to disperse the sound evenly, while the in-line crossover network ensures the tweeter receives only the frequencies it was designed to handle.
More natural sound
Alpine includes hardware for mounting the tweeters in the best spot in your car. Once they're installed, you'll hear all the details in your music, and all the instruments and voices will sound more defined and natural.
Installation note: You'll need a pair of our universal backstraps to install these tweeters in the factory locations.
Awesome product for the price!!!!

Why did you buy this?
need to replace my old tweeters [ James Jun 21, 2017 ]
Seemed like these would make a nice sound in my 1979 F-250, so far they do sound great [ Justin Oct 29, 2016 ]
Idk they look cool [ JERRAD P Apr 13, 2016 ]
I chose these because I want my music to be crisp and clear without unwanted distortion [ Thomas Dec 16, 2015 ]
I bought these to bring out the clarity of my music. I have some 6X9's by Alpine, some 5 1/4 from Alpine, and now these tweeters should make my car sound like a concert. I def stick with Alpine when it comes to head units, highs, and mids. [ William Dec 04, 2015 ]
5 questions already asked
1 answer My factory 2015 Accord tweeters sound awful, very attenuated high frequencies. I need an upgrade but want to fit them under the factory door grill covers so they look stock. I'm asking about Alpine 1" tweeters, but virtually all the tweeters here say "modified fit" in factory location, but does this mean you have to cut the factory grill to insert these as surface mount in that space or do they fit under the factory covers. Honda forums say stick with 3/4" speakers. Also, some covers have hidden screws under the door panel, does this apply in the case of my Accord, or will the cover pop off without removing the panel? [ Don Mar 28, 2017 ]
We found the factory tweeters in the stock sail panels of the doors. The entire sail panel can be removed to access the proprietary tweeter mount from behind. Because the stock tweeter mounts to the back of the sail panel with a proprietary clip, any new tweeters will require custom modifications to the panel to fit and secure them in the same location.
