This is a mixed bag review for me. I purchased the card thinking it would be an easy way to facilitate installation. A local car stereo store was on their provider list so I chose them first. Didn't hear from them, when I called the owner said he denied the install as it wasn't enough to cover his expenses. He was a jerk about it too. OK so i visited the website to choose another installer but their website doesn't allow the consumer to do so once the card has been entered in the system. OK so I call the number on the card and it goes to a recorded message that goes to the department needed, that never answers. While waiting the customer can listen to the same song: "I've got a feeling...That tonight's going to be a good night.." over and over. Days later I successfully get someone on the phone and listen to the same song as she tries to find someone willing to make some money installing the sub. Get appointment 32 miles away and the installer does a good job with the install except while doing so, breaks the CD changer on the radio. He plans to replace the unit if I pay for the installation. We will see.
Pros: Sub I had installed works well.
Cons: Poor customer service. Really poor website function for the person who actually buys the service. Reflects poorly on Crutchfield's reputation.
