Our take on the BDI Signal™ 8329 by Crutchfield's Ralph Graves
A stylish cabinet for larger TVs
The BDI Signal 8329 makes an ideal home for your large flat-panel TV and accompanying home theater gear. This modern-looking cabinet can support a TV with a screen size of up to 85" and weighing up to 200 lbs. without looking disproportionate. With an optional Arena 9972 or Arena 9970 free-standing bracket, you can even mount your 40"-60" flat-panel TV above the cabinet without drilling into your wall.
Stores up to nine components
The side compartments feature two shelves each and can easily hold two components each behind wood panel doors. A spacious center compartment has room for two additional components, and features a drop-down wood panel door. Soft-close hinges ensure all three doors open and close easily and smoothly. The open center compartment can accommodate a center channel speaker or small sound bar — or use that space to store two or three additional components.
Additional cabinet features
Concealed ventilation slots keep your gear running cool, even with the doors closed. Removable back panels allow convenient access to your gear.

1 question already asked
1 answer would a receiver such as the onkyo tx-nr747 fit inside this bdi signal 8329 media cabinet? it seems that a lot of the media cabinets I've looked at won't accommodate a beefy receiver--mainly depth-wise, especially if you include a few inches for the cables behind the receiver. Thanks, Shelby [ Shelby Sep 29, 2016 ]
This theater cabinet will hold a receiver like that Onkyo without any issues. There is 20.5" for depth on the component shelves and the Onkyo needs around 15" for depth (16" if you allow some room for the cables). The weight is not an issue either as the bottom shelf can support 100lbs and the adjustable shelves can support 50lbs. You can put that receiver onto any shelf and it will hold. HTH!
