Average Customer Review(s):
A very light and strong product
Very good antenna mast.
Pros: Meet my needs.
We cut the cable over a year ago and installed a digital channel master one. My Mom wanted her old analog one replaced as well. So Easter we were on the roof pulling it down. The mast fit perfectly on the existing mount. Old one was totally rusted. I,am so glad I brought extra bolts and nuts to replace the rusted stuff. Took an hour and no more losing signals!
Pros: Perfect fit. Strong. Sturdy
I am pleased with this mast. Lightweight, yet strong. I have 6 pieces together from the ground up. At such a tall height the mast had a slight bow under the weight of a large antenna and rotor. I used guy wire to support the mast at 25 feet. It is standing straight was very easy to work with during my antenna installation.
Pros: Lightweight and sturdy.
It is light and sturdy.
Pros: Good quality.
In all fairness I need to mention that this mast is being used inside in an attic, but it certainly seems hefty and adequately galvanized to use outdoors.
The pole is well suited to supporting the weight of an antenna of any sort. It arrived undamaged and ready for use.
Pros: 5 foot long, made of 18 gauge metal
Cons: Should come with a grounding clamp.
Used to brace the rotor & installer had to cut to stay stationary. need 2 more to go a bit higher to clear obstruction from 50+ year old oak trees
Cons: need to be longer
Simple to use
Pros: Simple to use
It's a pole it worked.
Pros: It does its job
Easy Install with the eave mount from channel Master.
Pros: Good Quality, easy install with brace., good price.
recd. item on time and was what i ordered
Pros: very fast and good service
This mast worked great for mounting the antenna in the attic. Not much to it, it's simply a metal mast that the antenna attaches to easily and fits well into the Channel Master 3078 that I used.
Pros: It's a mast!
Cons: It's just a mast
This is a quality galvanized antenna pole.
Overview: The Channel Master 1805 is a 5' long tapered antenna "Super Mast." It is made of heavy-duty 18-gauge galvanized steel.
Tapered End: The mast is tapered on one end so that it will fit inside the end of another mast. The diameter of the mast is 1-1/4" and tapers to just under 1-1/8" for the last 4-1/2" of the mast's length. The untapered end has a crimp about 4" from the end and a 5/16" hole to accommodate a set screw . The tapered end has a 1/4" gap that allows the crimp of another mast slide inside the gap. This prevents the masts from twisting.
Warning Sticker: The mast has a yellow warning sticker that reads in English and French:
