3D active glasses with rechargeable battery
LG's 3D-ready TVs can only deliver a 3D viewing experience if you're wearing LG's 3D Active Glasses. These liquid-crystal "active" glasses alternately darken the left or right lens in sync with the TV, so that only your right eye sees the right image and only your left eye sees the left image. Combine the TV and glasses with a 3D video source and you're ready to enjoy a lifelike three-dimensional viewing experience in the comfort of your home.
These glasses communicate wirelessly with the 3D emitter box that comes with 3D-ready LG HDTVs. These AG-S100 glasses are powered by a small built-in rechargeable battery, and are sized to fit most adults. Warranty: 1 year.

Overview: The LG AG-S100 3D glasses enable you to view 3D video and images on a 3D-ready LG television. To experience LG's 3D technology, you need a 2010 LG 3D-ready TV (LX-series, sold separately) and these LG's 3D Active Shutter Glasses (AG-S100); along with an HDMI connected 3D source, such as a Blu-ray player or Satellite receiver. The wireless 3D glasses communicate seamlessly with the LG 3D-ready TV via a built-in emitter. The glasses themselves contain special liquid-crystal lenses, which actively lighten and darken with the 3D content. The full 3D effect is created when each eye sees a slightly different image. The result is a beautiful, full HD 1080p 3D experience that brings you closer to the action from the comfort of your home.
Compatible 3D-Ready TVs: The LG 3D active shutter glasses (AG-S100) are compatible with the following 2010 LG 3D-ready HDTVs - LX9500, LX6500, LEX9, and LEX8. The TV communicates with the glasses using an infrared transmitter that is included with the television.
Note: In addition to the 3D active shutter glasses and compatible LG 3D-ready HDTV, you will also need an HDMI connected 3D source (such as a Blu-ray player or Satellite receiver), and 3D software content.
Shutter Glass Technology: Shutter glass technology uses liquid crystal to deliver great 3D images with virtually no "ghosting", or image trailing, and synchronizes with your television to let you enjoy 3D technology to the fullest.
Wide Angle View: The LG 3D active shutter glasses provide a wide, clear view of the action with a 23.0' and 120° viewing range.
Rechargeable Battery: The LG 3D active shutter glasses feature a built-in rechargeable battery (80 mAh) which lasts up to 40 hours. The included USB cable connects between the glasses mini-USB port and the USB port on your compatible LG TV to charge the internal battery. The battery takes 2-hours to fully charge.
Auto Off Function: The Auto Off function automatically turns the 3D glasses off if it senses no signal from the 3D signal emitter on the TV. A change in the distance or angle from the 3D signal emitter when the user moves can cause the Auto Off feature to activate.
