Block out the sound of pesky coworkers!
I've been buying headphones since the 70s and have used them professionally in various civilian and military jobs, and the Heritage HP-3 headphones by Klipsch are simply the best headphones I've ever listed to. Yes, they're expensive but they are worth every penny. I'm currently using them to listen to my click-wheel Ipod (yes, I still have one) paired with a good outboard DAC/headphone amp and they sound full and open and my goodness, the BASS! They just sound so GOOD. I've worn them for 2 hours at a time and they're extremely comfortable for extended periods. The only real drawback is that they're a bit loose. I could probably shake them off my head if I tried (and I have a HUGE noggin). The glass and wood case is impressive, but I doubt I'll ever use it to carry them around in (too heavy) so perhaps the price could have been lower if not for that extra bit of expense. But otherwise, they have become a VITAL part of my work environment.
Pros: GREAT sound, sturdily built.
Cons: A little loose. Wood and glass case is an unnecessary expense.
