Overview

Our take on the Klipsch Reference RSB-14

The Klipsch Reference RSB-14 sound bar delivers the same powerful home theater sound as it's sibling, the RSB-11 — but this one has some extra tricks up its sleeve. Klipsch packed the bar with drivers that are designed to excel in rooms with the even the most challenging acoustics. The wireless 8" subwoofer provides bass potent enough to fill large, open spaces. And by adding a versatile wireless sound technology called DTS Play-Fi, this system is capable of delivering an even more riveting experience.

Heavy-duty home theater, and more

The Klipsch Reference RSB-14 sound bar delivers the same powerful home theater sound as it's sibling, the RSB-11 — but this one has some extra tricks up its sleeve. Klipsch packed the bar with drivers that are designed to excel in rooms with the even the most challenging acoustics. The wireless 8" subwoofer provides bass potent enough to fill large, open spaces. And by adding a versatile wireless sound technology called DTS Play-Fi, this system is capable of delivering an even more riveting experience.

Full wireless surround sound

Using DTS Play-Fi (also called Klipsch Stream), you can turn this bar/sub combo into a full wireless 5.1 surround system. The bar acts as the front speakers. A pair of Play-Fi speakers (like two of the Klipsch RW1 speakers speakers) can be placed behind you and used as wireless surround speakers.

I've watched a movie using Play-Fi's surround feature, and it sounded as smooth and reliable as a wired system. No hiccups or delays through the entire flick.

I loved the clear dialogue

We recently set this Klipsch bar up in our home labs and watched the latest James Bond movie. I was impressed at how clear the dialogue sounded — particularly the heavy accents that are sometimes hard to understand on lesser systems. Speech was easy to follow, even over the louder, more thunderous effects.

Control music in every room

Play-Fi also lets you play music wirelessly on this sound bar, and other Play-Fi speakers throughout your home. It all starts by downloading the Klipsch Stream mobile app — free for both Apple® and Android™ devices.

The app gives you access to your music downloads — including high-quality lossless files. You can also dial up songs from music services like Spotify®, Pandora®, and SiriusXM, plus over 37,000 internet radio stations. You can send the same song to other Play-Fi devices or play a different song in every room. You can even mix and match Play-Fi devices from different brands.

I don't think you can get much better when it comes to the sound out of this sound bar; it is very good. But the receptiveness of the unit and the remote control is pathetic, as is the Bluetooth connectivity. This day and age, I cannot believe Klipsch would put out a product with such a poor functioning remote control and awful Bluetooth connectivity. Expect to place whatever device you're trying to connect via Bluetooth, practically right next to the sound bar; the range is pathetic. If I could do it over again, I would not buy this sound bar b/c of the remote and the Bluetooth connectivity. It really is aggravating. I should have believed the reviews written by other owners of this sound bar.

    Pros: Sound

    Cons: Remote control Bluetooth connectivity

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I purchased this system about 9 months ago and have been battling it ever since. The remote is almost worthless. To operate the sound bar it will take repeated button pressing to get a result. Try to adjust the sound and it jumps from low to high or reverse. No fine tuning. Purchased separate speakers so that I could enjoy surround sound, Nope. I am on the 10th configuration and surround is iffy or just not there. Sub woofer might as well not be there. All in all finding the sound and enjoyment marginally better than the standard speakers of my TV. Very disappointed in this system considering the reputation of the brand.

    Pros: none

Cons: just about everything. sound, customer service from manufacturer, and Bluetooth technology

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The RSB-14 produces great sound that fills my 25' x 30' room with sound. The product is attractive and I am enjoying it. This is a big step up in terms of sound from my previous system. There are, however, 3 significant issues. 1. The LED's that indicate the device in use and other settings are tiny and very dim. I have to get within one foot to see them in my large room. This makes them almost useless. Similarly the remote is "iffy" from a distance making response from the RSB-14 both slow and inconsistent. From 15-20 feet, I often have to try buttons on the remote multiple times before getting the desired action. 2. Instructions are very poor. They indicate what to do and in what order, but there is little in the way of "how". Similarly, the smartphone app is nearly worthless. It assumes the user understands all of the Klipsch terms and how the various modes interact with or block various features. The system needs a true PC app that has additional features such as ability to test and validate the setup as well as tune it to match the room parameters. 3. I purchased RW1 surround sound speakers that work great independently, but I have been unable to get them to work with the RSB-14 in surround sound mode. The quality of the speakers is unquestionable. The issues above, however, will probably keep me from buying Klipsch products again.

Pros: Great sound, high quality product in many ways. Fills a 25' x 30' room with sound. Great range of sound.

Cons: Extremely poor installation instructions for non-professionals; smartphone app is essentially worthless. LED's on soundbar are tiny and too dim to read without getting within a foot of the RSB-14. Needs a PC version of the smartphone app that allows for needed features such as testing, validating, and tuning setup - especially with surround sound systems.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

This sound bar is great! I try to research before I buy, but the rsb-14 was tough to research due to limited reviews. I'm guessing because most people do not buy a sound bar in this price range. I was able to listen to the lower priced klipshe at Best Buy, which gave my the confidence to go forward with this sound bar. The sound sound is super clear, crisp, and plenty of clean bass. The directions for setting it up were not that clear cut, but I was able to figure it out eventually with the optical cable that a bought separately. Super easy to listen to your favorite music with the wi-fi capabilities built into the bar. I would highly recommend this system for anyone searching for the best quality sound bar at $700-1500 price range. Yes

Pros: Wi-fi Sound is clear, loud, realistic Bass is clean Easy to mount without a mount kit Looks great

Cons: Directions to hook it up are not easily understood and I couldn't find any YouTube videos in English to show how to hook it up.

    Disappointed

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Unfortunately, I can't give this product any stars. I've sent two systems back to Crutchfield. The Crutchfield people have been excellent--both customer service and tech support, but this system just doesn't work with my new Samsung TV. The first one didn't work at all. With the second one, the sound bar worked but the sub didn't. With each system I was on the phone with Crutchfield for about 45 minutes. The ARC connection didn't work with either system. With the second we could get the bar working using the optical cable, but the sub wouldn't work. In both cases customer service instructed me to send the product back and issued return labels. I don't know what I'll try next but I'll try to find something that has a successful track record with my Samsung model TV. I would definitely not order this product again.

    Pros: Really none

Cons: 1. Not compatible with Samsung SK8000. ARC flat out doesn't work. 2. Minimal instruction manual with little to no problem solving suggestions. 3. Remote too simplistic and there is no display on the screen.

    Just Awful

Neil from Malden, MA on 3/5/2017

The RSB-14 won't work with an XBox One S. Picture would display for an instant and then snow would display - just like back in the old days of OTH broadcasts, except in color. I contacted Klipsch support - twice - without success. Their recommendation after my first request was to upgrade HDMI cables, even though the ones I was replacing were 2.2 compliant. Upgraded cables worked temporarily. When content would display it would be subject to annoying audio & video dropouts. I bypassed the sound bar and connected the XBox directly to my TVs other HDMI input and - voila! - perfected picture and operation - proving that the sound bar was the root cause. My second request for help has gone unanswered (except for its automatic acknowledgement). It appears their support model is to ignore an issue until it eventually goes away. Mine's going away because I'm returning the unit. I've purchased a Sony HT-NT5 and all sources - including the XBox - work flawlessly. I was a Klipsch devotee. No more.

Pros: Nice design. Nice sound when it worked.

Cons: Wouldn't display XBox content correctly. Abysmal tech support.

Cons: A bit difficult to pair the speakers, just need better instructions.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I ordered this on a Monday and received on Thursday. Wonderful service from Crutchfield. At first I thought the simplistic guide from Klipsch was a little too simple, but there is very little to do as far as hooking it up. For me it was just a digital audio cable from the TV to the Soundbar, and a HDMI from the DVD/CD player to the TV and another from Apple TV. Then just connect the Soundbar to the home wifi. I Joined Spotify premium and it just jumped right in to the soundbar. And there you have it. I have been wondering if I was going to need a hi def player and more eleborate room speakers to enjoy music, but after hearing CD's and Spotify sound through the RSB -14, I am content. Great depth of sound and clarity, and the subwoofer adds its warm lows. Turn it up and it will open the doors for you. So I am very pleased after a week with it.

Pros: Great sound. TV, cd, dvd, internet music, spotify.

Cons: Won't get me a beer from the fridge

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

The subwoofer does not pop-out in front of you like other brands of soundbars. Klipsch lends more crediting toward brightness in sound quality than a forward presence low hertz. There is a Dialog button on the remote control which definitely enhances your ability to understand people speaking and sports programming; but, again, it enhances the brightness of all soundings, and does not enhance the subwoofer/bass low end. The 2 1/2" soundbar speakers definitely make a difference for the better. Quality of build, and bigger-is-usually-better, holds true with regard to speakers. Soundbars have only begun to get distinctively much better sounding. It's is true that smaller speakers have come of age. However, the quality of speakers and the crossover networking make for all of the difference toward true sound. This Klipsch soundbar definitely ranks amongst the best in its price class.

    Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Great product. Using with a bedroom TV. The sound fills the room beyond the Samsung factor speakers.

Pros: Great sound. Fills the room. Sounds much better than factory speakers on Samsung TV.

    Cons: None.

Great picture, very crips sound and nice bass

Robert from Kingsport, TN on 11/10/2016

I just love this new soundbar. I got it after I recieved my new Samsung 65KS9000 SUHD TV. Even though the TV speakers were some of the best I have heard, still just TV speakers to me. Once I figured out how to set this up, and connected it to both my cable box, and my new UBD-K8500 Bly-ray player, 4K HDR. I have a dedicated HDMI sound output from the 4K player to the soundbar. I then have true 4K sound. I like the fact I can add speakers in the room or in the house. The fact it is Bluetooth compatible just like the TV and Blu-ray makes my set up nice. Klipsch has made improvements from the 2014 and 15 models, that I last heard in our nearest Best Buy store. I chose this over the latest Samsung soundbars. I would certainly recommend this soundbar to a friend!

Pros: Awesome soundbar Nice sound thru cable TV box Outstanding performance with a 4K Blu-ray player Small footprint for big subwoofer

Cons: I cannot think of any at this point, except a user manual should be included.

    Great Sound

Steven Gary from Philadelphia, PA on 10/31/2016

Couldn't wait any longer so ordered this directly from Klipsch, but figured I'd write a quick review here as well. Got the soundbar today and it is extremely easy to set up out of the box (literally plug it in and hook to TV and cable box) and it sounds great. Very nice, clean sound, and I am looking forward to being able to power compatible speakers throughout the house over wifi. My biggest complaint - there's no on screen display, so when you change the volume you can't tell what level the volume is on, besides by how loud it sounds. I would highly recommend this sound bar.

Pros: Easy set up, great sound, solid construction, attractive design, no wires to run around house, HDMI wire included in box

Cons: No on screen display, No fine tuning for bass/treble, etc.

    Surround Sound

Soundbar w/ Tractrix Horn Technology: The Klipsch RSB-14's soundbar speaker is equipped with two 0.75" horn-loaded textile dome tweeters with 90° x 90° Tractrix horns that deliver crisp highs, plus four 2.5" fiber composite woofers for dynamic midrange and enhanced vocals. By incorporating highly efficient horn-loaded technology into the soundbar, all sounds are more detailed, dialog clarity is significantly improved, and overall output is maximized to cover even the largest listening areas. The tweeters and woofers are bi-amplified and utilize a DSP-controlled crossover network.

Wireless Powered Subwoofer: The Klipsch RSB-14 includes a wireless powered subwoofer with an 8" side-firing fiber composite woofer in a bass reflex enclosure with a rear-firing port. The powered sub delivers deep, accurate bass to your movie and music soundtracks. The sophisticated 2.4 GHz technology automatically connects the soundbar and subwoofer together wirelessly; up to 50'. The wireless powered sub's cabinet features a black wood-grain vinyl finish and rubber feet. The wireless powered subwoofer has independent volume control from the included IR remote control.

Dolby Audio Decoder: The Klipsch RSB-14 incorporates Dolby Audio for rich, clear, powerful sound. Its built-in Dolby Audio decoder allows the Klipsch soundbar system to automatically reproduce detailed, high-output sound in almost any size room no matter what format of sound (including Dolby Digital 5.1 and 2ch PCM) is coming from the TV's output.

Sound Modes: The Klipsch RSB-14 soundbar & subwoofer system offers 3 sound modes to choose from - Virtual Surround, Voice Enhance, and Night. The Virtual Surround mode is designed to simulate the effect of a surround sound system. The Voice Enhance mode increases dialogue volume for enhanced vocal clarity without increasing ambient sounds. Night mode adjusts the system's dynamic range for quieter listening environments.

HDMI 2.0: The Klipsch RSB-14's soundbar is outfitted with three HDMI 2.0 inputs and one HDMI 2.0 ARC output. The system's HDMI connectivity supports 4K pass-through and is HDCP 2.2 compliant.

    • 4K Video Pass-Through: The RSB-14 lets you maintain 4K quality from source to screen by allowing 4K video to "pass-through" and be displayed on a 4K TV or projector, without compromising image quality. Giving you the pure 4K experience makes this system the perfect partner for 4K-capable TVs and Ultra-HD Blu-ray players. 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video signal are also supported (there is no upscaling).
    • HDCP 2.2: HDCP 2.2 is supported by the system's HDMI inputs and output. HDCP 2.2 is short for "High bandwidth Digital Content Protection" and is used for 4K video copyright protection for compatibility with Ultra HD Blu-ray players, 4K Satellite/Cable providers, and 4k online video services.
    • ARC (Audio Return Channel): This feature of the system's HDMI output allows audio to be sent from your ARC compatible TV to the soundbar system through the same HDMI cable already being used to send audio and video to your TV. This eliminates the need for extra cables connected to your television.
Note: The soundbar's HDMI input does not support HDR (High Dynamic Range) video

Digital & Analog Inputs: In addition to HDMI connectivity, the Klipsch RSB-14 offers an optical (toslink) digital input and a stereo minijack (3.5mm) analog input. Using the digital optical connection, the soundbar accepts sound from both the TV and any device (such as a DVD/Blu-ray player or Cable/Satellite receiver) hooked up to the TV. The system supports Dolby Digital & 2ch PCM audio through its optical digital input.

Note: The digital optical output terminals of many newer flat-panel TVs only send an audio signal in 5.1ch when receiving Dolby Digital surround sound from the TV's built-in tuner, network connection, HDMI inputs, or connected USB device; and will output only 2ch stereo from sources connected to the TV via stereo RCA or minijack.

Bluetooth Audio Streaming: The Klipsch RSB-14 features built-in Bluetooth for wireless audio streaming of stored music and music apps on your Bluetooth-enabled Apple iPod/iPhone/iPad, Android smartphone/tablet, Windows PC/Phone, Mac computer/laptop, and more to the Klipsch soundbar & subwoofer system. A simple single button press will pair your device with the RSB-14 system. Once paired, the RSB-14 speaker system will automatically re-connect to your device when within range (up to 33').

    • aptX Codec: In addition to supporting Bluetooth's standard SBC codec, the RSB-14 supports aptX for CD-quality streaming from Android OS 4.0+ devices
    • Playback Control: From the system's remote control you can operate basic playback functions like Play/Pause & Previous/Next Track. You'll continue to use your Bluetooth-enabled device to control advanced music playback functions and to view song/artist information.
Note: Due to the differences in Bluetooth technology, some Bluetooth enabled devices may be incompatible, function improperly, or may not support all features when used with the Klipsch RSB-14.

Optional Wireless Rear Speakers: Via a Firmware update, you can use Klipsch's RW-1 Play-Fi speakers (714RW1, sold separately) as wireless rear speakers fro the RSB-14 soundbar speaker system.

Remote Control: The RSB-14 comes with a full-size IR remote control for wireless operation of the soundbar & subwoofer system. The remote also operates basic playback functions like Play/Pause & Previous/Next Track for Bluetooth-connected devices. You can also program the Klipsch RSB-14's Volume Up/Down and Mute functions into your existing TV remote for further ease-of-operation.

HDMI-CEC: HDMI-CEC allows you to easily manage and operate the RSB-14 system along with an HDMI-CEC compatible TV, Blu-ray player, satellite receiver, and/or cable box with a single remote; when all components are connected via HDMI.

Mounting Options: The soundbar speaker can simply be positioned on a shelf or stand, below or above your TV. It can also be wall-mounted using its dual keyhole slots and included template (mounting screws not included). Because the powered sub is wireless it can be positioned almost anywhere up to 50' from the soundbar speaker. It is recommended that the sub be positioned on the same wall as the soundbar.

Power Requirements: Both, the active soundbar & wireless powered sub will require AC power.

    Wireless Multiroom Audio

DTS Play-Fi Wireless Technology: Klipsch's RSB-14 soundbar speaker system employ DTS Play-Fi wireless technology for wireless sound that is reliable and high-quality. DTS Play-Fi combines DTS audio and WiFi wireless technology to wirelessly stream high-definition "lossless" audio with no impact on sound quality. DTS Play-Fi will stream pure, bit-for-bit, lossless audio, for uncompromised quality sound; up to 16-bit/48kHz. DTS Play-Fi has a range of up to 100' from your wireless router.

Note: All DTS Play-Fi enabled products work seamlessly together, so there's no hassle adding more speakers, or choosing more than one audio brand like Klipsch, Martin Logan, Definitive Technology, Polk Audio, Phorus, Wren, etc..) in your home.

Wireless Network Connection: The Klipsch RSB-14 soundbar speaker system uses your home's network for whole-house audio entertainment. The RSB-14 connects to your home's wireless network via WiFi (802.11 b/g/n; 2.4/5GHz); a dual-band "N" or better router is recommended for the most reliable wireless network connection.

Simple Setup: There are two methods for connecting the DTS Play-Fi soundbar speaker system to your home network. You can perform WiFi setup via the free DTS Play-Fi on your Apple iOS/Android mobile device or Windows PC (this setup allows you to connect multiple Play-Fi device at once to your network). You can also use the WPS button on the soundbar speaker if your wireless router supports WPS (this setup only allows you to connect one Play-Fi device at a time to your network).

Klipsch Stream App: Download the free Klipsch Stream App onto your Apple iOS (8.0+) device or Android (4.0+) smartphone/tablet for easy and convenient management of your music from your mobile device or computer. From the app you can initially set up the RSB-14 soundbar speaker system, as well as add, link, and control all your DTS Play-Fi speakers. You'll be able stream music directly from the system's built-in music online services, or music on your mobile device or PC to multiple DTS Play-Fi enabled speakers through out your home. The app lets you browse your music by artist, album, genre, or title; and provides album art. You can choose to play the same music in each zone or a different song in each room.

Variety Of Sources: The RSB-14 soundbar speaker with DTS Play-Fi supports a variety of music sources.

    • Mobile Device (Apple iOS + Android): You are able to wirelessly stream stored music and music apps on your Apple iOS (8.0+) or Android (4.0+) device to the soundbar speaker system through the free Klipsch Stream App.
    • Online Music Services: From the Klipsch Stream App on your mobile device or computer, you can share and listen to Pandora, Spotify Connect, SiriusXM, TIDAL, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Napster, and Internet Radio. While the Klipsch Stream App is free, not all the online music services are (subscription & purchasing fees may apply).
    • Computer Audio: The RSB-14 soundbar is DLNA compliant for playback of various music files stored on your Windows PC (7/8) or DLNA-certified NAS drives connected to your home network. MAC OSX computers and laptops require third party software to be visible on the network (Twonky, Plex, Servio etc.) as they do not support DLNA. Use the DTS Play-Fi app on your mobile device or computer to access these music files.

Supported Music Files: The RSB-14 soundbar speaker & DTS Play-Fi support music formats such as MP3, AAC, FLAC, and WAV. The system will recognize music files up to 24-bit/192kHz and wirelessly stream these files at up to 16-bit/48kHz (CD quality sound). Some down-sampling may occur to ensure virtually lossless distribution throughout a home network.

Critical Listening Mode: For those who wish to hear high resolution audio as originally intended, Critical Listening mode will enable native rendering of high resolution files up to 24-bit/96kHz, with no down-sampling or network synchronization adjustment. In this way, audio files retain their original audio integrity. Critical Listening Mode is only available on one DTS Play-Fi speaker and not supported for multiroom audio distribution.

Multiroom Audio: You can play the same source in each zone or a different song in each room. Eight separate wireless source devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), each with its own source, are supported simultaneously and any wireless source device can stream to eight DTS Play-Fi playback devices. Due to the bandwidth limitations of most wireless networks, no more than 16 wireless DTS Play-Fi products on a single WiFi network at one given time is recommended. Supported multiroom audio sources include -

    • Apple iOS & Android devices with the Klipsch Stream App installed.
    • Select DTS Play-Fi online music services and internet radio.
    • Music library from your Windows PC or Mac computer.
Note: Bluetooth, HDMI, Optical digital, and Analog input sources are not supported for multiroom audio.

Alexa Compatible (future firmware update): The Klipsch Stream series of products will soon be able to support Amazon Alexa voice-commands allowing your to control your Klipsch Stream speakers, soundbars, and multiroom audio systems from any Alexa-enabled device, such as the Amazon Echo or Dot (sold separately). The Klipsch Stream series of products will require a free firmware update (available in 2018 - no exact ETA) through the Klipsch Stream app to enable functionality of Alexa voice control.

Had features I wanted, and wireless connections, easy set up. [ Arthur  Jan 13, 2018 ]
I own a full Klipsch System for my living area, extending into the rent of the bottom floor. This will serve as the master bedroom audio system, and will be pairs with Klipsch's "The Sixes" for full surround. [ Steven  Nov 18, 2017 ]
I've owned Klipsch audio components in the past. They never let you down. I was leaning towards a bose sound bar, but the quality and value that Klipsch provides is something to strongly consider. [ Glenn  Oct 13, 2017 ]
I've had the previous versions for two years and have been a Klipsch fan for 20 years. [ Michael  Jul 27, 2017 ]

I am hopeful it will help me hear more detailed sound when watching TV. I like the Klipsch sound from their speakers. We will see how the soundbar sounds. [ Bill  Jan 24, 2017 ]
    Wireless surround capability [ antwon  Jan 18, 2017 ]
I chose this because of Klipsch's reputation, and because it integrated with my play-fi system. I chose this over some of the other play-fi-equipped sound bars also because of its greater number and variety of inputs. I would have loved having floorstanding speakers instead, but the space in which this is going is just too narrow to accommodate it. [ Frederick  Dec 16, 2016 ]

According to the Klipsch spec sheet, all HDMI inputs are identical. Klipsch claims 4k pass through so I would assume (but not guarantee) all inputs will provide 4K. I personally have no experience with 4K on this sound bar since my TV is not 4K ready. [ Donald  Jan 17, 2018 ]
Nothing in the manual specifies that you have to use particular inputs, but do note that HDR isn't supported. Depending on your needs, a separate HDMI switch may be desirable. [ M  Jan 14, 2018 ]
Bluetooth connectivity allows input from external source but does seem to not output to phones or speakers [ Donald  Aug 06, 2017 ]
It will link to any Bluetooth device [ Kenneth  Aug 04, 2017 ]
No, the Bluetooth is for playing music from your phone or another device (Amazon Echo, etc). [ M  Aug 04, 2017 ]
This bar does not output surround sound audio to other speakers. There should come a firmware update to change that at a future time, but right now, the bar does not work with speakers to create surround sound. At best, it could be linked with other speakers so those other speakers play the same thing. There are Play-Fi bars that can do this right now. I recommend contacting an advisor on 1-800-324-9695 for a personal recommendation. My Bio: http://www.crutchfield.com/Support/Bio.aspx?bio=101 [ Paul  Feb 05, 2017 ]  Staff
Yes you can pair the RW-1 with the RSB-14. I wouldn't consider that true 5.1 surround sound system. The sound bar has Virtual Surround Mode, for an optimized, three-dimensional surround sound effect to your movies and music. I believe that these manufacturers assume you will be placing these speakers in another room. [ Joe  Dec 09, 2016 ]
THe RSB 14 is a part of the Klipsch Strwam family and can be pair with the RW1 for sound throughout the home [ Kenneth  Dec 09, 2016 ]

The Klipsch RSB-14 soundbar speaker & DTS Play-Fi support MP3, AAC, FLAC, and WAV music formats. However, there's nothing indicating support for ALAC music files in the specs or product research at this time. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. I hope that helps! [ Larry  Nov 26, 2016 ]  Staff
