Product Overview: The On-Q DA1002 5-Port Fast Ethernet Switch can support up to five computer connections in an Ethernet Local Area Network (LAN) at a throughput of up to 200 Mbps. It acts as a high-speed Cat 5e termination point for digital data services. The DA1002 improves computer performance by providing dedicated bandwidth to every user. It automatically adjusts each port to the highest speed available, avoiding configuration/service interruptions when migrating from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps. The module is installed in a metal mounting bracket, allowing you to mount it into a standard On-Q enclosure.

Power Supply: No power supply is included with the DA1002. There are several options for power, which range from the F7760, a dedicated power cube (717F7760) designed to accommodate one module, to power solutions designed to accommodate multiple module installations.

Connections: The DA1002 has 5 RJ45 jacks for connecting up to five computers together. Additional switches can be cascaded together using a standard Cat 5 patch cable.

LED Indicators: Each RJ45 jack has two green LEDs: one lights to indicate 100 Mbps operation, while the other lights to indicate a valid Ethernet link and/or data activity.
