On-Q In-wall Cable Access Port Reviews
Average Customer Review(s):
Thanks for submitting your review
Overview: The On-Q In-Wall Cable Access Port consists of a WP1014 cable access strap with a Decora wall plate. It is white in color, and facilitates running A/V and computer cables inside of the wall. It is designed to work with a standard J-box.
Unterminated: The in-wall cable access port does not have terminals, but a 2-1/8" x 3/4" opening for cable access. The opening is protected by white nylon bristles for a clean look. Since the port is not made for any specific type of cable, virtually any type of cable can be used with this access port.

For hdmi and rca routing [ Susan L. Feb 14, 2016 ]
I really liked the idea, and it did work for me. But it almost didn't work for me, because I bought it to run my TV power cord thru the wall. On my LG TV the 3 prong cable that plugs into the wall is too big to fit thru here, and the end that plugs into the TV just Barely fit the this ring, but it did. But for A/V cables and HDMI should go thru no problem. So I reccomend them. [ Joe Dec 24, 2015 ]

Absolutely. There is a fair amount of space. I would estimate that you could place 4-5 well insulated HDMI cables through the opening. [ DAVID Aug 16, 2015 ]
Yes. I've got 2 HDMI cables and an optical audio cable running through mine with enough room for 2x that. [ James Aug 16, 2015 ]
Yes, the only one that was hard to get through was the power cord just do that one first. [ HENRY C Aug 16, 2015 ]
It's a pretty big opening ... I bet you could run 6-8 cables thru it [ Jeffrey Aug 15, 2015 ]
Yes, but it will also depend on what is behind the wall. [ Andrew Aug 15, 2015 ]
Use an old work box and pull cables into box then install port cover plate and pull cable through port opening. [ GEORGE Jan 25, 2015 ]
