Velbon VS Series 443D
4-section tripod with tilting center column
Velbon VS Series 443D
Our take on the Velbon VS Series 443D by Crutchfield's David Brown
Looking for a tripod with unique shooting versatility? Try the Velbon VS-443D. Not only do you get the height flexibility that the 4-section legs and adjustable center column provide. But the center column tilts for full 360-degree movement. Mount your camera on the included quick release plate, attach it to the tripod, and grab the twist-locking grip to turn the center column into a fully maneuverable arm. Tilt the column straight down for cool overhead macro shots or low-angle photos. It also features a sliding function, great for moving your camera manually for a carefully controlled zoom effect during video shooting. For more traditional tripod photography, lock the center column in place and use the included ball head to pan and tilt your camera.
