Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)
I originally purchased the Airport Takeoff Rolling Backpack, but it did not work out for me and my gear. It was not deep enough for my needs. The handle compartment is too thick and does not allow for full sized DSLRs of DSLRs with grips to be stored properly. So, with the incredible customer service from Crutchfield I returned it and ordered the Airport International and I'm so happy I did... It deep, which is what I really needed! I can't speak highly enough about my Think Tank Airport International Roller V2. From the incredible build quality to the built in TSA approved locks, this bag rocks! Very impressive. This bag is sturdy and feels like it will last a lifetime. The YKK zippers are strong and quiet. The main is deceptively spacious. It can be configured in many way to meet your needs for a good amount of gear. Yet the size of the bag is small for a carry on roller. The wheels are absolutely quiet and smooth. They are very durable and replaceable. The hard plastic on the rear bottom of the bag protects the material from tears caused by curbs or stairs. A couple of very minor issues I have are,I can really say how effective the TSA locks will be, but they most certainly will delay an attempted theft of you belongings. I think they are made by Master Lock. Also, the accessory compartments are not that spacious for some of the accessories I have. Some things bulged when I put them in. These are not deal breakers. Btw, I got an open box and it's like new Get this bag!
Pros: DEEP Main Compartment, Build quality, Highly configurable, Size, Quiet Wheels, Quiet YKK Zippers, 3 TSA Approved Locks, Stylish Looking, Tripod Cup, Lots of Features
Cons: Size of accessory compartments, Rolling Handle not bad, but could be sturdier.
