My Crutchfield advisor was Sam, and he did an excellent job. I had a question which could not be answered, and Sam contacted the manufacturer to ensure the products I was purchasing would match up (physical dimension issue not in specs). I have purchased from your company several times in the past and will continue to give you the first shot on purchases in the future. I like the philosophy your company puts into action.

Just wanted to brag on a tech support specialist named Brent. It was the second time I called yesterday for help and he was so gracious and helpful! He didn't make me feel stupid or act like “everyone should know this”. One awesome added bonus is he made me laugh...not a chuckle, but a full deep belly laugh! After the first tech, I received an email asking how things went and how I would like to reward him (coffee, lunch...). I didn't get that after the second tech. I would like to reward him with a primo lunch of his choosing please. Now I know why your tech support is renowned!

She found me the perfect item, walked me through several steps I did not even know I needed to take and left me feeling very comfortable about my purchase. I look forward to buying from you again. I always check Crutchfield. It's a quality, honest on-line store and I usually buy from them, even after checking some other options. I just trust them.
The online chat feature allowed Rex to pull up exactly what I needed and even populate it into a shopping cart so all I had to do was checkout. Easy Peasy and that is what makes Crutchfield the best.

I had some confusion regarding various center channel speakers. Aaron explained the differences and gave me his recommendations. One big note I must mention, his recommendation was for the less costly of the two. There was no upsell, just an honest and best recommendation. I appreciate that most of all!!! Really great that Crutchfield offered free delivery to Hawaii, please keep it up. Every physical store that visited on Maui recommended to use Crutchfield rather than search for products on island.

Brandy was Amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and polite. Answered my many questions, and help me pick out the perfect head unit for my wife's vehicle. When I called and left messages with more questions, she always called me right back, and gave me detailed answers, which always put my mind at ease.
