Our take on the SVS SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System by Crutchfield's Kramer Crane
Reduce vibrations and get tighter bass response
Powered subwoofers provide room-filling bass for movies and music. But often that bass is served up with a side of unpleasant sound effects — rattling windows, vibrating cabinet doors, and other sonic annoyances. That's where the SVS SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System shines. Install them in place of your sub's factory feet, and see instant improvements in performance.
Replace your subwoofer's existing screw-in feet for increased bass performance and reduced vibrations.
How do they work?
These steel and elastomer feet decouple your subwoofer from the floor beneath it. This eliminates the transfer of energy from the sub to surrounding surfaces, significantly reducing vibrations and other acoustic distortions.

- works with any brand of subwoofer that uses screw-in feet
- reduces reflections off of the floor's hard surface

- decouples and isolates the subwoofer from the floor, resulting in tighter and cleaner sounding bass
- reduces buzzing and rattling from adjacent windows, cabinets, and doors

- durable anodized steel outer shell
- warranty: 5 years

Great for decreasing shakes in your place and possibly improving frequency. It works by decoupling your sub from the ground. Also a good idea if you live in a condo complex.

SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System: The SVS SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System works with many SVS and other brands of powered subwoofers with screw-in feet to improve bass performance while drastically reducing floor and wall vibrations, noise artifacts and complaints from neighbors or roommates. De-coupling a subwoofer from the floor allows low frequency energy to be transferred through the air where it can be felt, resulting in tighter and cleaner sounding bass, no more distracting buzz or rattle from the room, and better overall dynamics.

We did not offer the Cambridge Soundworks P205 powered sub model but, based on the manual I was able to find online, it does appear to have the screw in-feet needed to be compatible with the SVS SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System.
