Overview: The Shure PG ALTA series of microphones is designed and manufactured with the highest quality and construction. The PGA 58 cardioid dynamic microphone is designed specifically for vocals. The PGA 58 comes with a swivel mount and a zippered storage pouch. No cables are included.
Pickup Pattern: The PGA 58 has a cardioid polar pattern, which reduces feedback and rejects unwanted background noise. The tailored microphone cartridge is designed for clear reproduction within the vocal range.
Construction: The microphone has an industrial design with a black metallic finish and grille for an unobtrusive visual presence. The black reinforced mesh grille protects the cartridge from damage, and can be replaced if needed.
Mounting: The PGA 58 comes with a swiveling clip mount with a 5/8" thread. This break-resistant mount lets you tilt the microphone forward or backward over 180°.
