About the Behringer B112W
Features, convenience, and value
Features, convenience, and value
When Behringer decided to build a powered PA speaker, they knew that their emphasis on features, convenience, and value would differentiate their speakers from the competition. The B112W powered speaker drives its 12" woofer and 1" tweeter with 1,000 watts for powerful performance from a 32-pound package, and it also offers some very useful features you don't usually see at this price.
Built-in Bluetooth
Most people carry their music in their phone or other portable device, so Behringer equipped the B112W with Bluetooth connectivity. You can stream audio directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop right to this speaker.
A compact control panel makes using the B112 easy.
Making connections
No more hauling around a CD player or thumb drive — you can stream music to the B112W wirelessly from your phone or other compatible device. If you use Behringer's UltraLink ULM wireless microphone system (sold separately), just plug the ULM's dongle into this powered speaker, and you're ready to rock. The built-in mixer and 2-band EQ mean you can plug a mic and an instrument directly into the speaker, eliminating the hassle of a small mixer and cables. The speaker's Link Output lets you connect other powered speakers, while the Stereo Mode button allows two B112Ws to play in true stereo.
Versatility
The B112W's trapezoidal shape allows it to assume a variety of functions, whether it's used on a speaker stand, mounted with a pole on a powered subwoofer, or placed on its side as a stage monitor. And Behringer protects this speaker with its 3-year warranty. It's a versatile, convenient option for a powered speaker.

Features
Overview: The Behringer Eurolive B112W active loudspeaker delivers high powered sound reinforcement for live and playback applications. The speaker is equipped with two individually-amplified drivers in a bass-reflex enclosure. The molded cabinet is trapezoidal in shape, allowing you to stand it upright on the floor, pole-mount it, or tilt it on its side as a floor monitor. An integrated handle is molded into the top of the speaker for easy carrying and setup.
Amplifier and Drivers: The built-in Class D amplifier delivers 1000 total watts to this 2-way speaker: 700 watts to the 12" long-excursion low frequency driver and 300 watts to the 1.35" aluminum diaphragm compression high frequency driver. The HF driver is loaded into an ultra-wide dispersion, large-format exponential horn for exceptionally wide coverage. The LF driver is protected by a steel grille.
Equalizer: The B112W has a built-in equalizer with two controls on the back panel: High +/-15dB at 12kHz and Low +/-15dB at 80Hz. A red LED will flash to indicate when the amplifier is clipping.
Mic/Line Inputs: The B112W features two mic/line inputs with female XLR-1/4" combo connectors and a rotary level knobs. The built-in mic preamps are the same ultra-low noise/high-headroom preamps found in Behringer mixers. Individual LEDs on each channel show if the inputs are clipping.
Bluetooth Compatibility: With built-in Bluetooth 3.0, you can pair your phone or tablet to the speaker for wirelessly streaming music. The speaker has a separate volume control for the Bluetooth source. A second Eurolive B-series speaker can be stereo-linked via Bluetooth with the B112W to form a stereo pair.
Wireless Port: A Type A USB port is provided for connecting a Behringer ULM Digital Wireless Microphone System, such as the ULM300USB. Just plug in the ULM receiver dongle and power on the microphone's transmitter, and you instantly have a high-quality wireless system. Each ULM microphone has its own volume control for setting the balance.
Line Output: The B112W has a male XLR connector for connecting the mixer output to additional active speaker systems.
Warranty Terms: Behringer offers a 3-year warranty when you register your product within 90 calendar days of purchase. If the product is not properly registered, the warranty period is one year.

My only complaint is the Bluetooth. When using, it takes a few seconds for the bluetooth to be active. If you put a sound cue through the bluetooth system and you want an immediate cue, it takes a few seconds to get the bluetooth active and the signal to be played.
