false

Ford owners can upgrade to a new Kenwood navigation receiver and still keep their factory-installed SYNC® system, thanks to this Maestro adapter from iDatalink. The Maestro integrates the Kenwood stereo into the SYNC system, so you continue to use voice commands, factory Bluetooth® connectivity, steering wheel controls, and more. Stan, it depends on the year of your F-150 and the stereo you choose, but yes, the Maestro has that capability. Give us a call with your vehicle's full information, and an advisor can help you with more details. Or you can use our vehicle selector.
