Overview: The Dyson V6 Cord-free is a cordless vacuum cleaner that is designed for quick cleaning of small areas and hard-to-reach spots. It is powered by the Dyson digital motor V6, which makes it the most powerful handheld vacuum (100 air watts). It comes with a motorized cleaner head, 29" extension wand, combination tool, and a docking station. The V6 Cord-free weighs only 4.5 pounds, and is powered by a 21.6 volt rechargeable battery. It is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

Digital Motor V6: The Dyson Digital Motor V6 uses digital pulse technology and a neodymium magnet to spin at up to 110,000 times per minute. In addition to normal speed, the V6 Cord-free has a max power mode for higher suction for more difficult jobs.

2 Tier Radial Cyclone Technology: The V6 Cord-free uses Dyson's patented cyclone technology in which powerful centrifugal forces spin dust and dirt out of the air and into the bin. A total of 15 cyclones, arranged across two tiers, work in parallel to increase airflow and capture fine dust.

Balanced Cleaning: The V6 Cord-free is easy to use because it offers balanced cleaning, whether you're cleaning the floor or above the floor. The center of gravity is located towards the grip, which makes it easy to move the cleaning nozzle where it needs to go, especially when cleaning up high. When the motorized floor tool is attached, more weight is distributed toward the floor, giving you more balance as you maneuver the cleaning head around obstacles on the floor. The floor brush attachment can lie flat so you can clean under furniture.

Battery: The V6 Cord-free cordless vacuum is powered by a new 21.6 volt Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery. The battery charges in approximately 3.5 hours. A fully-charged battery delivers up to 20 minutes of powerful, fade-free suction, and up to 16 minutes with the motorized floor tool attached. When switched to Max Mode (see below), the battery life is reduced to 6 minutes. A single LED on the unit indicates the level of battery charge, or if there is a fault with the battery or charger.

Operating Modes: There are two operating modes: Powerful Suction and Max Power Mode. The Powerful Suction mode should be used for general cleaning and for extended battery life. For more difficult tasks, you can press the rear-mounted switch to engage the Max Power mode to give you up to 6 minutes of higher suction.

Dirt Ejector: The unit has a clear dirt bin with a volume of 0.11 gallons (approx. 1-3/4 cups). When the debris in the bin reaches the MAX level, it can be easily emptied in a single motion. Pressing down a lever releases the door on the bottom of the bin to eject the dirt. Once emptied, the door clicks back into place.

Washable Filter: The V6 Cord-free has a washable lifetime filter. It is recommended that the filter be washed with cold water at least once a month. It should be allowed to completely dry over a 24 hour period before reusing.

Docking Station: The Dyson V6 Cord-free comes with a convenient, wall-mountable docking station. The included power supply plugs into the docking station, so the battery is being charged whenever the unit is docked. The docking station also includes storage for the Combination Tool and other attachments.

Attachments: The Dyson V6 Cord-free can be used with the following included attachments:

• Motorized Cleaner Head: The 9-7/8" wide Motorized Cleaner head is equipped with stiff nylon bristles to remove ground-in dirt from carpets. Carbon fiber filaments remove fine dust and allergens from hard floor surfaces. The Motorized Cleaner Head's bristles cover the width of the head, providing edge-to-edge cleaning.
• Quick-release Combination Tool: The non-powered Combination Tool is ideal for quick cleanups, and can be used with or without the extension wand. It has a 2" x 1" nozzle with long bristles you can slide and lock into place when needed. The nozzle and bristles are at a 45° angle for better coverage.
