“I called Crutchfield and was connected to Rex. I shared with Rex that I wanted to upgrade the sound for my son's 2012 Toyota Prius V, while retaining the factory head unit. He recommended I go with Infinity Reference 6x9's for the front and Infinity Reference 6.5" for the rear. To power these speakers, he also recommended the Kicker 47KEY200.4 since it had a low power draw that would be safe in a hybrid car. To make the installation easier and to avoid having to cut any factory wires, he also recommended the PAC Advanced T-Harness, PAC Speaker Harness Extension, and Crutchfield's Amp Wiring Kit. Everything arrived in under a week. I initially installed the 4 door speakers and was immediately impressed with the sound over the factory speakers. I had some questions regarding the amp install and left a message for Rex. He called me back and answered all of my questions. I completed the amp install and was impressed with the increased volume, clarity, and depth of sound. Thank you, Rex! It's great that there are companies still out there who hire knowledgeable, US-based enthusiasts! I will buy from Crutchfield again and trust that Rex will provide great recommendations and customer service! ”

“I recently updated all of the door speakers in my Highlander w/ Kicker 6x9's and 6 1/2's. I also added the Kicker KEY. I asked Rex for a reco on some dash tweeters that would compliment my setup and could work with minor mods. He recommended the Kicker 46KST2004's and omg, the clarity is absolutely fabulous.
