How to install a stereo and speakers in a Ford Escape

DIY car stereo installation video

Watch as members of the Crutchfield Tech Support team install a new car stereo and new speakers in a Ford Escape. While this truck is a 2008 Escape, the procedures are the same for all 2008-2012 models.

This video is a bit long, but we wanted to take the time to show you how to do the job, step by step. You'll quickly see that you really can do this yourself. Instead of paying an expensive installation fee, you can invest that money in an even better receiver with more features or new music to listen to on your new stereo! And for Crutchfield customers, if you run into a snag, our award-winning tech support help is just a phone call away — we've been helping our customers install their own car stereos for more than 40 years.

I believe for pioneer stereos, they need to have the microbypass to enable bluetooth function, which can be purchased separately. Or, it would be nice if Cruthfield can add that into the package.
