The ClearView WIFI-2MP-PT is a wireless camera that offers an excellent view when mounted from the ceiling, and the camera's motorized pan and tilt controls let you aim where you really want to look. The camera's fixed 3.6mm lens offers full HD image quality and built-in infrared sensors to help you see what's going on in the dark, up to 50 feet away. The camera also features a built-in microphone, so you can hear what's going on as well. Overview: The ClearView Wi-FI-2MP-PT is an small dome camera designed for indoor use in a closed circuit system. The lens can be panned or tilted for precise aiming. This high-definition camera has a motorized F1.2 3.6mm lens with a 88° viewing angle, and a 1/2.8" 2-megapixel progressive scan imaging device with 1920 (H) x 1080 (V) effective pixels. The PT operates on 12VDC.
Video Format: The PT can output video in H.264 and Motion JPEG (MJPEG) dual-stream encoding in the following resolutions: 1080P (1920 x 1080), 720P (1280 x 720), D1 (704 x 480), and CIF (352 x 240). The main stream is 1080p at up to 30 fps for recording to a DVR, while the sub stream is D1/CIF at up to 30 fps that supports real-time network monitoring.
Pan/Tilt Lens: The camera has a motorized lens that can be panned 0° to 180° and tilted 0° to 90°. This lets you "look" around the entire room for better security. There are 25 preset pan/tilt positions, and the pan/tilt speed is preset at 100° per second.
3x Digital Zoom: The PT dome camera has a 3x digital zoom, allowing you to enlarge the image to get a closer look.
Audio Capable: The camera has a built-in microphone to pick up audio in the room.
Wi-Fi: The PT has built-in Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n). It also supports a wired network connection through its RJ-45 Ethernet port.
Infrared LEDs: The camera has 12 infrared LEDs surrounding the lens to give the camera a 50 foot range in total darkness.
Minimum Illumination: The PT can give you a clear, bright picture in low light. The minimum illumination for color is 0.1 Lux @ F1.2.
Privacy Masking: If there are areas in the camera's view that you do not wish to show, you can use privacy masking to obscure those areas. Up to 4 areas can be selected for privacy masking.
Multiple Network Monitoring: The PT is capable of being monitored via web viewer, part of a CMS (central management system), or a smartphone app (iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows Phone). Up to 20 users can monitor the camera at the same time.
Installation: The PT is designed to be mounted on a ceiling using the supplied bracket and 3 mounting screws. The bracket is mounted to the ceiling, and the camera snaps into the bracket.
