2 answers Can I expect to get several days of shots with my camera when using this battery without having to recharge? Bought a knock off and have to recharge each time I take camera out even if it has not been used. Does not keep charge even for a day out and not taking a lot of pics. Need the original which held a charge even if camera has not been used for several weeks. [ Lynn Jul 01, 2017 ]

I would say, "yes" and if not, you have a guarantee from whoever you bought it from and/or Olympus. I also ordered a knock off but as soon as I looked at it, I realized it was a cheap piece of crap and returned it. I purchased this battery from Olympus and have used it on two separate occasions. The battery charge indicator has not even appeared yet, which is what happens when you use up 25% of the battery's charge. [ Tony Jul 03, 2017 ]
