Our take on the Sennheiser HD 1 In-ear Wireless by Crutchfield's Jeff Miller
The Sennheiser HD 1 In-ear Wireless in-ear headphones feature a neckband covered with soft, comfortable leather.
On-trend wireless headphones with a sound pedigree
Our customers have loved Sennheiser headphones for years, and neckband-style Bluetooth earbuds are currently a top trend. Sennheiser's HD 1 In-ear Wireless combines these two popular choices into one great set of portable headphones. The sturdy neckband stabilizes the earbuds so that they feel light and secure as you move around. And music plays wirelessly from your phone.
Looks good on the go
Part of Sennheiser's fashion-conscious HD 1 product line, these headphones feature some nice design touches. The neckband is covered with handsome, ultra-soft stitched leather. It's subtle and elegant-looking, balanced against the flashier, mirrored-chrome earpieces.
Stay in control
The design isn't just about good looks — there's some neat functionality, too. If you get a phone call, the neckband will actually vibrate to alert you. You can answer it through the headphones' built-in mic. There are controls for music and phone calls right on the neckband, so you should rarely have to fish your phone out of your bag or pocket.
Energetic sound, rich in detail
Since these are Sennheiser headphones, you know sound quality was a top priority, too. Powerful dynamic drivers dish out lively sound that's nicely balanced. Each earbud features an acoustic "tunnel" made of stainless steel that carries the sound from the driver directly into your ear canal.
Comfortable ear tips that stay in place
Soft, flexible ear tips are included. You can choose from four different sizes, so you should be able to find the right fit. They help keep the headphones securely in place while keeping external sound out.

I saw a review of the product in the Minneapolis StarTribune newspaper. I knew that Crutchfield was an authorized dealer of Sennheiser products. I have purchased many audio products through Crutchfield as they stand behind all products they sell. [ Sheryl Jul 29, 2017 ]
Reputation of Sennheiser [ CARLOS Jun 14, 2017 ]
Sennheiser...I've owned several headphones by this brand...currently have the M2 wireless...there's nothing better on the market (durable, quality finish, dynamic sound). So...when the HD 1 in ear wireless headsets were announced....decided to purchase them without hesitation. [ TWIN May 13, 2017 ]

5 questions already asked
I do not know, I don't own any apple products, but the instruction sheet it says it will work with apple phones [ James Jan 29, 2018 ]
Yes, it should work with the latest generation of Apple TV [ Jaime Jan 29, 2018 ]
I don't know. I don't have App,e TV. [ Theodore Jan 28, 2018 ]
I don't have Apple TV. But, i cannot imagine why they would not as long as the output device you are connecting to, amp, laptop etc has bluetooth. I use them primarily with my iPhone and MacBook Air. if all you have is Apple TV and a TV set then the TV set would have to have Bluetooth on the output. You should ask Crutchfield for assistance on that point if you are not sure. [ Lorin Jan 28, 2018 ]
Not a clue. I don't have apple tv. They should work with any Bluetooth device. So they should connect to the tv or current audio source not the Apple TV player. [ Jesse Jan 28, 2018 ]
I don't think so, unless the Apple TV has Bluetooth [ CLARENCE Jan 28, 2018 ]
I am not sure as I don't have an apple TV, but it works great with my ipad and my android phone. The sound quality is amazing and they are easy to pair. I actually got my wife a pair of the Sennheiser HD1 M2 IEBT which are smaller, but the same sound quality. Actually, listening to them right now. I have gravitated towards them as they are lighter. The battery life isn't as good as the pair you are looking at because they are smaller, so that would be one drawback. They feel great in my ears and use them to workout without any issues. Probably a little more than you wanted to know, but hope this helps. [ Todd Jan 28, 2018 ]
Yes and the earphones are great in every endeavor [ Charles Jan 28, 2018 ]
I was not aware of that, and i did not retain he manual. However, I tired using the usb provided with the earbuds for charging and yes, it sounds pretty amazing. Just have to select USB output in your settings. At least that was the case on Mac Book Air. [ Lorin Jul 30, 2017 ]
It's almost as good as the active noise cancellation headphones if you wear the right size earbuds. I have bose noise cancelling headphones but the sennheiser HD1 sounds much better. [ Maryrose Jun 23, 2017 ]
Yes they are and I was caught in a sudden downpour with no ill effect. I really like these [ Charles Jun 03, 2017 ]
Yes, you can wirelessly pair the HD 1 headphones to your iPad for audio playback. If you would like to discuss further, you can contact an Advisor directly by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. Hope that helps! [ Larry Apr 19, 2017 ] Staff
