Uni-Q "Point Source" Driver Array: Thanks to a clever new compact version of KEF's legendary Uni-Q "Point Source" driver array and a powerful new bass radiator, the MUO fills the room with stunningly accurate sound.

• Wide Sound Dispersion: The Uni-Q driver array delivers an astonishingly wide soundstage that fills a room with full-bodied, stunningly clear sound, and reproduces the higher registers with pinpoint accuracy.
• Non-Directional: The MUO's drivers which flank the central passive bass radiator, are configured to only give treble output from the right hand unit as you face the MUO placed horizontally. This reduces interference to achieve a more non-directional and room-filling sound.

Rigid Enclosure: These KEF MUO's drivers are mounted within an immensely rigid inner molding that is encased in an acoustically inert aluminum shell.

15W Amplifier: The MUO's Uni-Q "Point Source" driver array is powered by an integrated 15W amplifier for great sound and low distortion at any volume level.

Sophisticated DAC: The MUO utilizes a sophisticated digital-to-analog converter and other high-quality internal components for continuous and consistent sound quality.

Bluetooth 4.0 w/ aptX: With its built-in Bluetooth (version 4.0), you are able to wirelessly stream stored music and music apps from your Bluetooth-enabled Apple iPod/iPhone/iPad, Android smartphone/tablet, Windows Phone/PC, Mac computer/laptop and other Bluetooth source devices to the KEF MUO speaker. You'll still need to control music playback and view song/artist info from your Bluetooth source device. Up to 8 devices can be paired to the MUO with two devices connected at the same for easier switching (however, only one can be used for music playback at a time).

• aptX: In addition to support the standard Bluetooth SBC codec, the KEF MUO offers support for aptX. With aptX, you can stream CD-quality sound from aptX compatible devices (like Android OS 4.0+). Now your wireless music sounds rich, full, and natural with less compression.
• NFC: With most Android mobile devices, you can benefit from the NFC (Near Field Communication) "tap-to-pair" function - just hold the device against MUO and they're paired ready to stream your music in seconds. Other Bluetooth source devices can be paired via SSP (Simple Secure Pairing) with a single press of a button and no PIN code to enter.

KEF MUO App: Download the KEF MUO App onto your Apple iOS 7.0+ or Android OS 4.0+ device for quicker Bluetooth connection, music library management, speaker status monitoring and multi-speaker pairing.

Stereo Pairing & Dual Connect Mode: Synchronize a pair of MUO speakers for superb CD-like quality stereo reproduction or select "Dual-Connect" party mode for large gatherings, so that everybody experiences the same superlative full-range response.

Aux Input: In addition to Bluetooth wireless music streaming, the MUO features a 3.5mm Aux input for connecting an external portable audio device that features an analog output or headphone jack.

Vertical or Horizontal Placement: The MUO automatically optimizes its output to suit vertical or horizontal positioning, so you always enjoy the same remarkable acoustic depth and definition.

Rechargeable Battery: The KEF MUO has a rechargeable battery with up to 12 hours of playback time, and switches itself off automatically when not in use to prolong battery life. The MUO's battery can be charged using the included AC power adapter. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the MUO's battery.
