Our take on the BDI Corridor 8177 by Crutchfield's Ralph Graves
Stylish storage for your home theater system
The center drawer offers plenty of room for smaller accessories. The upper shelf runs the length of the cabinet to accommodate your sound bar.
The BDI Corridor 8177 was designed to hold your large flat-panel TV, sound bar, and other audio/video components in an attractive cabinet. This retro-modern piece of furniture features louvered doors with chocolate walnut finish, and a durable, micro-etched glass cabinet top. The Corridor 8177 supports a flat-panel TV with a screen size of up to 70" and weighing up to 150 lbs.
Store up to 9 components
The cabinet features two side compartments for your components, plus a center drawer for smaller accessories. The top half of the cabinet is open the length of the piece, giving you plenty of room for a long sound bar. Or you can use that space to house up to three separate components.
Concealed ventilation slots keep your gear running cool, even with the doors closed. Hidden wheels built into the steel frame let you easily move the cabinet away from the wall for cleaning your system or hooking up a new component.

I love my cabinet. It arrived in perfect condition. When I spoke with Buck before I purchased my corridor 8177 he was so helpful. The little assembly that was needed was easy.

1 answer The spec sheet lists the "A -Top Shelf/Speaker Compartment" as only 8.2in deep. It doesn't make sense to me when B and C compartments are 18.4 in and 14.3 in deep, respectively. In short, my center channel is 7 in x 18 in x 11 in (h x w x d). Will it fit in Compartment A?. [ Richard Feb 03, 2018 ]
I know that some furniture pieces have a TV support that limits the depth of the top shelf (I had one like this before). I looked about everywhere I could think of including the manufacturer's site to see if I could find a picture of this shelf. I couldn't find one but was able to see that BDI lists that same depth for the center shelf. You're center channel speaker will not fit here. However, we do have advisors that you can reach by calling 1-800-324-9695 for a personal recommendation on a cabinet that will work. it comes as is. just have to assemble the legs and bolt them on. you need 2 strong people to move it because it needs to be upside down to put legs on. roll it over put the rubber tabs on top for the thick glass top. put on the drawer handles, adjust the door to line up and its done. first class piece of furniture. everything fits perfect. cannot say enough of how classy this is. enjoy it [ Charles Apr 08, 2016 ]
