“Just want to thank Andrea for her help in selecting new speakers for my 2026 Jetta Sport. I wasn't looking for a major upgrade, just better sounding speakers over stock. She recommended the Infinity Primus 503F. I was somewhat unsure mainly due to their low cost but this past weekend I finally had a chance to dive in and get them installed. Night and day difference! So much brighter and with added "punch". I did design and 3D print my own mounting brackets as the ones supplied had a funky mounting set up imo. But the speakers are amazing and at a very nice price! Thanks again Andrea for your help!!”

“I originally bought an Alpine iLX-509 for my 2015 Outback. Unfortunately, there were problems. A replacement radio did the same thing. After my third interaction with a technical help, it was decided a new radio was needed. I was transferred to a product specialist. “We needed a new disc CD changer because our 12-year-old 5-disc changer died. Andrea recommended the ONKYO DX-C390. Also, needed a new 30' HDMI cable to replace a damaged HDMI cable to connect our Blue-ray video player to the TV. The 30' HDMI cable was very expensive and Andrea recommended 2 -15' cables with a HDMI connector to connect the two HDMI cables. All items ordered arrived within 2 days and everything was really well packaged. The DVD player was easy to install and works great. Today, I installed the 2 HDMI cables and the Blue-ray video player in now working again so now we can watch movies. I tested one video, and it was very clear. Thank you, Andrea - you were very pleasant and professional to deal with and answered all my questions. I have recommended Crutchfield to our two sons in the event they need any electronic equipment for their homes. ”
