“Heck of a guy. I called late in the day. He's the best employee imho that works with Crutchfield. We spoke for nearly an hour and it was faith to faith and man to man he'd do it with a woman as well. I am old and getting older bass head. He had to call me back three time because of computer error. He was not pushy and inconsiderate... he was a perfect gentleman. He took the time to address my concerns. And also was a trooper what apparently I miscommunicated my style of car. It could have been a fiasco. This man needs a raise or a promotion to a higher level in my opinion. I will never buy stereo equipment from anywhere else. Vehicle change, armored tank. Crutchfield, you have a gem Imo, priceless. Whataguy!”

“I came in with basic knowledge and also knowing what I really wanted in a Home Theater system but not how to get there with new construction and doing it on my own. Left the conversation with a system that is custom designed and will look high end -- and has extra items like two more ceiling speakers and an extra subwoofer at a cost lower than I was quoted from a competitor. He also connected me to the design team to get my speaker layout designed at no extra cost. System was best equipment for the value - no over selling. I would have picked a more expensive system on my own. Am able to 'scale' the system and buy my rough-in supplies, then invest in the speakers, and then get the receiver and subs later. No all or nothing now pressure to buy. He asked great questions to understand what I really wanted and then spec'd the system to meet my needs and wants. Thanks, Bo! ”
