Bryan was very helpful as we worked through my questions revolving around hooking up our new 65" Sony Bravia 8, a Crutchfield purchase, discussing various soundbar options vs our wants and needs. While dealing with an absolute MESS of an audio issue in my Jeep Wrangler, Bryan & another Crutchfield tech were extremely patient and helpful to guide me to the proper products as well as explained how each would be connected & why it would help. We even got accidentally disconnected twice ( one of them was my fault, my phone died) and Bryan called me right back both times. I'm 53 years old and although I've heard the name Crutchfield over the years, I just thought it was an online place to buy audio equipment and had no opinion. That has changed. I was having some struggles installing an amp and a couple other issues. I reached out to a local installer who spent 5 hours and accomplished nothing but said I should buy this, that and the other thing. I bought a harness and spec sheet from Crutchfield. After it quickly arrived, I decided to call them and see if I could get a couple questions answered, which is where I was connected to Bryan. He was super helpful and really patient with me and that's uncommon these days. He suggested I make some changes to what I've got going now and said he could come up with the perfect set up for my exact car. I said fire away and he asked me what my cap or budget would be and I told him. He educated me on where the important dollars should be spent, in my case the front door speakers. In my life I wouldn't have dreamed of dropping $400 on a pair of door speakers but that changed on this day, lol. He was not a salesman pushing anything on me, he was just telling me, in order to get the sound I'm looking for and most bang for my buck, the item list he came up with was what I should put in my car. I went only $100 over what I said I could afford(no biggie)and I placed the order with him, paid in full and my components are in-route to me already! Very knowledgeable and he offered his assistance if I needed it later.
