My 1st contact with Chase was August 2022. My system was finally complete & live the following April. During this lengthy purchase process Chase was ever professional & always patient, prompt, and very competent responding to my ignorance, many inquiries & questions, concerns, etc. He listened to my needs and directed me accordingly. I am a throwback to the late 60s-70s when high fidelity audio was simply "high quality sound." I wanted to replace my vintage system from former times but feared I would waste thousands of $$$s compromising high fidelity audio with popular conventional AV components that push music videos, forceful surround sound, extended home theater, etc. Chase guided me toward an ensemble of MARANTZ, PARASOUND, ROTEL, & WHARFEDALE. From classic GRATEFUL DEAD to contemporary Mexican Banda this system simply produces outstanding sound - defining high fidelity audio! Go Chase! ALSO, tech was 100% supportive from start to finish.

I have never really watched anyone work on car audio systems, let alone messed with one myself so I am way out of my element. I very recently switched out my factory speakers for BOSS Elite LED speakers and don't love them like I thought. Chase was the exact person someone like me needed.
