Crutchfield has many choices and their sidebar feature filter is adequate but there were more details and tradeoffs that Daisy was able to provide to make the best choice for me. For example, polarized sunglasses compatibility with LCD capacitive touchscreens, volume knob vs screen size reduction, etc. In general Crutchfield customer service and product offering along with great tech and installation instructions, hardware, wiring, etc made this a great experience.”

Most sales people are only interested in selling you something new, she went to great lengths to understand what I currently had to make sure I wasn't buying things I didn't need. Not only that, but her product knowledge was excellent, and she listened to what I wanted and matched the recommendations to the level of sound I was looking for. Other places I reached out to prior to contacting Crutchfield were quick to throw suggestions my way being either the cheapest option or the most expensive option without even listening to what I was looking for, but because of that I didn't trust the advice I received. Daisy went the extra mile to understand the situation, listened to what I was looking for and because I could tell by the questions, she asked, she really knew her stuff. I had no hesitation in trusting the advice and recommendations she offered. Can't say enough good things about her and the service from Crutchfield. I had cheaper offers from a vendor I had talked to first for the same product I purchased, but still bought from Crutchfield due to the outstanding service I received and have no regrets whatsoever. Good customer service and good advice is a lost art and it's nice to find a company that still provides it! ”
