“I purchased some speakers today and I had some questions and got connected to Mason. He was a pleasure to work with and very friendly, very knowledgeable. Actually gave me a number to contact him at if I needed any help with anything which I thought was fabulous I called him back because I was thinking about purchasing additional equipment to go with the speakers. He helped me pick out a subwoofer and the wires and forgive me, I think I may not be saying it right, but it's a plate. It's something that you put under the subwoofer to keep the vibrations down and to keep my windows from rattling, he was very knowledgeable. Very helpful. He even did research for me to make sure we were getting the right things which I appreciate. I'm a new shopper to Crutchfield and my experience with everyone I speak to has exceeded my expectations but I felt extra special today when Mason went and did the research I felt like he was going above and beyond for the customer thank you Mason so now this is my go-to place to buy anything audio related.”
