I received a call from a real person! asking if I would accept two $50 gift cards in lieu of one $100 gift card in my order as the $100 wasn't available. This personal touch in a time when it is most rare, impressed me so much!

My gift card was well packaged and came in a timely manor. When I ordered the gift card I entered the wrong address for mailing. The gift card was returned to Crutchfield. They contacted me to correct the problem. I have never had a company call me to solve a problem of this kind. Normally I have to call the company to find my missing package. This was very helpful because the gift card was a Christmas gift.

Had to hook up my UPS driver with a gift card. He had to deliver 420 sq ft of dynamite product, 50' of 1/0 cable, 50 lb xs battery, countless connectors/accessories , head unit, COVID shopping sprees, Bob Loblaw... over a period of a few weeks... with a smile! -I know he has a '69 Chevelle, so I think it was a fitting gift ;)~

In this day and age you do not have an EGift Card and because of that customers eat the cost of 30 dollars to next day a small plastic card. Get with the times seriously. Insane to pass of your inability to stay competitive and with the times off on to customers. Just shocking!
Pros: Got my dad the gift card he requested.
Cons: No national chains had them, went to Sams Club, Khols all the places you would think to grab a card. Sometimes even at discount and nothing, you are forced to buy direct and they only offer physical cards that you eat shipping on.
