The kit fits great in my 2017 Subaru Impreza. Looks cleaner than the stock radio in my opinion and I love having the extra pocket.
Pros: Fits great Clean, seamless look
Cons: Can't fit the anti theft sleeve with the side brackets

Great fit. Not perfect but really good.
Matthew from Bossier City, LA on 6/2/2023
2021 Subaru Crosstrek
Fit perfectly with my 2021 crosstrek and my pioneer avic-8100nex. Popped out the little tabs and it mounted up great. It's no show car fit and finish but it's darn good. I understand why they put a cubby but that made finding a spot for the little box behind my screen difficult but nothing a drill couldn't fix. The piano black finish is something I'm not a fan of. I wish it would have been a matte finish.
Pros: Fitment
Cons: piano black finish. top cubby takes up space that the stock unit didn't.

Wish it fit better for the price

2021 Subaru Crosstrek
I had the same issue as Robert from Dresser, It doesn't fit well. I did eventually get it to wedge into place with multiple days of elbow grease. Just a smidge too expensive for what it is in my opinion. But hey, its better than nothing.
Pros: Better than nothing Comes in black
Cons: Doesn't fit well feels cheap/brittle Underwhelming for the price

American International SBK931GB Dash Kit

2018 Subaru Crosstrek
This product did the trick, but the top corner of the vehicle's vent covers did not snap flush when reinstalled. Also, the instructions showed some sort of rear cover plate that was not included. It did not appear to be necessary, so not a big deal.

Worth it but be ready with tools
Robert from Portland, OR on 3/20/2022

Good dash kit. Fit my 2021 Subaru Forester. I had to use a Dremel to make the head unit fit flush in the bottom corners, so watch out for that. It would not fit without grinding some plastic down . Considering this is the only dash kit available for my year/model, I'll give it a 4 star
Pros: Sleek look, extra compartment for stuff
Cons: Did not fit the head unit without modification

2022 impreza pioneer avh 1500nex

2022 Subaru Impreza
Didn't install in car yet. I bought this for a 2022 Subaru Impreza hatchback. I was skeptical at first and held off due to the only reviews atm. The problem with it is if ur installing a double din you just need to trim a little off the bottom tabs. I believe this tab isn't an issue if you was installing a single din. If you were doing single din then the bottom would be taken up with the provided little extra storage piece. I'm using a pioneer avh 1500nex. If you look at the photos you will see I just took a pair of side cutters and easily trimmed a little piece out of the corners of the bottom so the head unit would fit flush. Definitely nothing to complain about what so ever. Was super easy and I had it assembled in less then 10 mins including cutting the corners that you will never see because they are hidden behind the dash. I'm giving 5 stars bc I think this looks great and even adds extra space for storage. And also arrived super fast. Thank you. Hope my review helps and makes sense. Will update if I can with photo of completed install to show how it looks.
Pros: Super easy to assemble, very clean factory gloss finish, adds extra storage.
Cons: None

2019 Crosstrek Compatible

2019 Subaru Crosstrek
This worked out for my needs. Installed a 13 inch head unit on my 2019 Crosstrek. Assembly was quick and easy. I just had to remove the tabs as indicated for a double din installation as shown in the instructions. I read some other reviews saying they needed to modify it a bit more but this was not the case for my car. Wish it would be somewhat sturdier though.
Pros: Easy to assemble, lightweight
Cons: Doesn't seem to be too sturdy.

Don't buy poor design and bad measurements.
Arnold from Pacoima, CA on 1/31/2022
2018 Subaru Impreza
Garbage product that has the wrong measurements and bad design. 3 Main issues, 1) You have to grind down a bracket because it blocks a Double-Din Radio. It's just like the other review noted, There's a tringle reinforcement bracket that goes through the opening of the radio. You have to get rid of all of that so that you can fit a radio inside. Which makes it so that only a tiny strip of plastic is left to hold the bottom of the faceplate to the radio bracket. They should of made the reinforcement bracket on the outside instead of inside. Simply Bad design. 2) The other issue is that the space on top between the front of the faceplate which the top of the dash clips to and the back of a bracket which clips to the car inside is the wrong distance. As someone failed at accounting for the thick plastic, so it sticks out 5mm. This is enough to make the clips not engage and the top dash panel and vent dash were not flush with the dash. This isn't fixable because of how the clips work you can't just Dremel it shorter (see pictures). 3) Doesn't come with clips Issue 2 is a deal-breaker for me, once you know it's there, you can't unsee that there's a gap. Who knows maybe in a car accident since it's not actually fully seated it might just come flying at you. Issue 3 is annoying but if you have the clips from when you removed the old radio it's fine. I bought a Metra Kit instead, and that fits perfectly. Wish I could return this, but I modified tryin
Pros: Sorta works if you ignore that it doesn't actually fit flush
Cons: Whoever made this never tried it in a car and there's clearly several bad design issues.

You can make it work
Patrick from Walnut, CA on 1/20/2022

It's ok for the price. This was for a Subaru Impreza 2018. You WILL need cutting tools. The design of the support frame gets in the way of actually getting your head unit to go up against the space and you will need to cut it square to get it to fit (images attached). Per instructions, you also will need to cut off some of the frame if you want to use double din. You will need to screw in the support frame to the dash kit which isn't actually on the instructions. I also needed to grind some of clips on the car's body panels because not every clip is identical. All of these little tweaks makes it feel untested. Look and feel: It's fine. At first it looks like a cheesy glossy look but then realize its the same gloss as factory. Problem mostly being that its not as flat for its not noticeable unless you look at the reflections. The bottom part will flex if you press too hard but is also fine under normal use. FYI, The integrated holder is on the TOP and not the bottom and the add in box to turn the double din to single would go on the bottom. The recess is a little deep but I got used to it quick
Pros: cheap looks fine
Cons: bad design needed me to cut their frame
