Great to have a single wire with everything needed for my wake tower speakers. However it is a much larger diameter than just the original speaker wire I was replacing (which makes sense but I hadn't though about it and don't recall if the product data indicated diameter) which required me to drill a few new holes in my tower since the original holes were too small. Also, the wire jacket is a bit soft which made it a bit difficult to pull.

Excellent value and product. In my opinion is the same wire sold by the power house brand name but for fraction of the cost. Read the specs and compare for yourself. When having to pull new wire to power your new speakers with LED lights this is the only way to go

I would not purchase

This is a warning for potential users. I used this wire in a 26' Crownline project. I installed a Fusion 770 head unit (one of the best head units on the market) and 8 high-end speakers (with LEDs). Regardless of the LED controller (tried 3 different ones), their was a buzz in the sound system with the lights on. I ended up running separate RGB wiring to the speakers and the buzz completely went away. The wires inside of the single jacket are NOT shielded from one another. The speaker wires end up receiving interference from the RGB wiring. This product should not be sold. I strongly recommend running separate speaker wires (and LED wires). I contacted Crutchfield customer service to inform them of the issue. This wire added about 8 hours to the installation (because of the work that had to be re-done). This is very disappointing.

We apology for the trouble you experienced with noise in the system you installed. Our Marine Product Specialist, Peter, dug into the numbers on this wire. This was the first troublesome issue we've had in over 35,000 feet of it sold in the last two years. He also added that RGB controllers can often introduce noise into a setup like this, and customers can contact our Tech Support group to help isolate and eliminate noise sources. We issued this customer a merchandise credit due to the trouble.
