Mobile Rock PA the size of a lunch box

Great sound quality especially for it size. Nicely designed. Graphic equalizer is a great, but I think it sounds really nice flat. Battery life is fine for me. Works great plugged into a Goal Zero AC 100 battery pack with its power cord running off the 110 converter. Fits nicely in a padded camera bag for boat or RV storage. The passive radiators bring some real bass and depth to the music. Bose spent some time on this one.

Great sound in a small package

I bought this to replace a UE Hyperboom as my work speaker. This Bose speaker is much smaller, but the sound is actually very similar. It sounds really, really good with minor EQ adjustments to suit my preference. It was even plenty loud today when I played it outside as kids were arriving at my school. The unit itself has a very nice feeling of quality. I particularly like the silicone outer, and the handle is very comfortable to use.

Bluetooth speaker with guts

The Bose SoundLink Max is a physically and sonically robust portable speaker. The sound, in general, has guts - in particular, the bass response. It is a significant improvement over my Bose SoundLink Mini, which I have enjoyed for many years.

It's the tops in hearing the great sound. The bass is incredible wonderfully to be around. Just a great little box the carrier is easy.

Pros: As always, outstanding Bose sound. This baby can really crank it up. Your neighbors will love it. Cons: The instruction manual is printed in such a small font that I still could not read with a magnifying glass. I ended up having to download the manual and printing up a copy of all 46 pages. Why do they bother including it if you can't read it. For the price of Bose products they should include a readable manual!

WOW, just wow!!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but "WOW" this speaker in amazing! You can feel the quality in the build. It's a hefty speaker. The rope handle with rubberized grip is perfect for taking it with you. The sound is awesome! I did my own sound test, I own many different portable speakers (JBL Boombox2, JBL Extreme3, Sony XB43, Bose Flex, Bose Revolve+ ll, and Soundcore X600. The Bose Max had the best full body sound. I loved the mids and highs. There's plenty of bass too. It's not as loud as the JBL Boombox, but it really all comes down to what you are looking for in a speaker. Go ahead. Take the plunge. You'll be happy you did

Really good speaker! WIFI would make it perfect

Really good speaker! The sound is very satisfying. It's perfect for music on the go. Great soundstage for a speaker this size. If Bose would add WiFi capability to this speaker, it would be a perfect on the go speaker.
