Perfect, exactly what was needed for high current rack mounted amplifiers, not very loud, works great with the low voltage controller and very effective.
Pros: compact 1u install, very affective
Cons: does not include hardware

Much too loud
DonF from Oak View, CA on 10/18/2014
The fans are way too loud to use in my system. They are so loud that I can easily hear them around the corner in another room. Also, when plugged into my Sanus CAPT01 low voltage power supply, the fans draws air into my rack (instead of expelling air as I expected.) The grill looks good so I think I'll replace the fans and wire them to expel air.
Pros: look great
Cons: way too loud draw air into the rack

Fit and Finish
Kevin from Olive Branch, MS on 6/13/2014
Well built but not as quite as it should be. I am using some other fans that I use on my PC that are extremely quite and almost cannot be heard. These are not very loud but you can hear them come on.
Pros: Nice fit
Cons: Louder then they should be

Running cool
BarryS from Atlanta,GA on 10/27/2013
This small and quite fan packs a big punch. Helped with the overheating I was having in my rack without taking up to much space. Although designed to be used with The Sanus CAPT01-B1 MultiVolt Power Supply I purchased a 120 to 12v 0.05a converter. The converter eliminates the thermostat feature as far as I can tell so the unit will run constant. I would recommend use with The Sanus CAPT01-B1 MultiVolt Power Supply if this is an issue for you. So thanks to The Sanus and Crutchfield for bringing us the CAFC01 at a reasonable price so we can all have our racks cool.
Pros: Small and powerful. A lot of punch for the dollar. Can save your gear from overheating when in a confined space.
Cons: 4 wires and a switch would have been all it took to add a switch feature to this. If the customer wants to use this as a stand alone unit they have to go the extra mile to make it work.
